Average - the staff was friendly and polite, however when I added my contact information in it flagged me for not being able to be rented to due to a contact person having a balance due from sometime before. This was not fair to me as I had to pay this balance in order to rent a uhaul for my use. They offered to remove the person of contact but they would have to call the field manager and it could take some time. I chose not to because I had a time frame of my own to complete what I needed to have done. This should have been taken care of when the confirmation call was done. I think I should be refunded that money as it was not my balance that was owed.

Truck was dirty when I picked up and because my truck wasn't available for pick up in Grove I had to drive all the way to the north side of Neosho. Lost my movers because of the inconvenience and was stuck moving things for 5 days without help costing me over 300 more then planed. This isn't the fist time this has happened with uhaul but I will be the last time I use this company.
Sarah PI got charged for not returning equipment to where I got it from. Nothing was ever said. I asked if I could drop it off in AL. I was told yes on 2 occasions. Pickup place was changed without notice. I had to call to figure out where to pick up. Not necessarily this location but UHaul in general has been a terrible experience
