Nothing. Service was outstanding and hospitable. Just happy to be able to get a truck of the right size in short notice. Our original 15' truck reservation was "upgraded" to a 20' truck which is more truck than I can drive. The 15' truck was perfect for the move and I was happy W&W was able to provide.RICHARDPHILIP O.

Just wanted to say that the individual working at this location was great. She went above and beyond to ensure my rental. I had to change the date of the rental multiple times and she made sure I was taken care of each time. She also showed up early on a Saturday to get me the keys to my rental. The place of business didn't open until 9:00am, but she was there at 8:00am.LEGRAND W.

I am disgusted. Rented a uhaul for a move from NC to NY. When I got to NY my 900.00 mattress was ruined. I filed a claim for the loss or at least part of it. Sent photo's of the damage. I think the water came up from underneath the truck on one side. Got a letter in the mail today that the insurance doesn't cover water damage. Maybe the trucks should be checked periodically for these kinds of things because now I am out alot of money for my mattress and it should have been covered if the truck was faulty. So a word to the wise, if it's going to rain when you move, you may as well not take the insurance, bevause it's a waste of money. It's not my fault, but I sure am paying the price for it. J. The lady was very rude to me. The truck was not clean and she didn't come out to check it with me. I also thought I phrased moving blankets but she said they were rented. I did not read anything that said they were for rent. I called twice the customer service number and both time they hung up on me after being on hold for more than 10 minutes. I am not happy at all and will not be using or referencing uhaul again.Casee S.

The truck we rented had alignment issues and squeaked the whole trip. The truck need maintenance. The pick up and drop off location was very helpful. I feel I may have been over charged accidentally though.ROY N.

My problem is with with corporate. I put the gas needle exactly where it was when I picked it up, yet your computer generated position for where the needle should be is 9/16. So I got charged $18.75 for gas I never used. There was a charge for extra miles which I did not object to because I took a slight detour. Gas change was outrageous, will NOT use again.Mark H.

Customer service was poor. If i make a reservation three weeks prior to the date i need, you would think someone would be able to call me beforehand to tell me know that they do not have one. Instead they waited until the day before, to inform me that they do not have the uhaul i requested.Haleigh G.
5 Stars; they were courteous, very helpful, and willing to go the extra step. Will use them again if I need to! The only thing I can say negative, and this is a reflection on Uhaul and not the individual local retailer as they were stellar in their customer service, is that if you do not have an item you need to let people know ahead of time in a reasonable manor. An hour before my pickup time after I drove 2.5 hrs to the location where I was going to need to pick up the item is not reasonable. This issue is indicative of Uhaul seemingly trying to book an item and hoping they can locate one or someone will drop it off in time for your pickup. The store did upgrade me to a trailer vs the dolly at no extra cost, but had there not been anything available I would have waisted 5 hrs of driving time. Again the local independent retailer had nothing to do with this, this was all the National Uhaul Booking Center. 5 STARS to W&W Powersports Uhaul booking service: not so much.paul T.

The windshield on the inside was very, very, very dirty. I had to clean it because I could barely see in the dark when the headlights were shining. The windshield wipers did not work very good at all either. It was raining and they did not go smoothly up and down at all, they did a very poor job removing the water. She put it down as a half tank of gas and it was below half a tank when I received it. It was a hair above 3/8. The motor also made a strange noise as I was driving down the highway. She also told me she was going to have the truck checked in before 1 if I dropped it off at night , but I received a call saying it was late even though it was already there. She did not check it in like she told me she would. Sorry for all the negative comments, but I am being completely, 100% honest! The lady behind the desk was nice at least and the truck did get the job done. Those two things were positive.Richard C.

When I arrived to pick up my order, the appliance dolly and furniture dolly I ordered was not in the truck. I ordered 24/7 one-way pick up and drop off. I had to wait until the person got there so I could get the dollies I ordered. They only had one, the appliance dolly. I did not get the furniture dolly but was still charged. After I was finished with the truck I tried to return it at a location close to my new home as was instructed by the 24/7 share. When I got to the location and signed into the account I was instructed that I had to return it to the location I picked it up at which was an hour away. I took the truck the hour to the pick up spot. Then the other day I got an email charging me an additional 16 plus dollars for mileage. Over all I am very disappointed. I was not only charged for a dolly I didn't get but also additional mileage I would not have had to go had the 24/7 share had worked as it was supposed to.garland C.
