The owners were very nice and welcomed me when I walked in. I rented a small trailer and turned out it was too small and had to go back and exchange it for the larger size and it was no problem and they didn’t even charge me for the upgrade. Very nice to work with - if needed I would rent from them again.

Douglas GI have rented from here multiple times and would highly recommend. Friendly service each time. This past time was planning on returning the trailer at a location closer to my destination and was told that I could save money bringing it back there instead. Most places would probably not do that.
