Dropped off did not go inside or see anyone. HOWEVER, I took a photo of gas and odometer when I dropped off and then received an email the day after being charged for gas. I called and explained the gas was correct and I had a picture for proof. I emailed the picture and the representative made the refund adjustment. I was very disappointed in the dishonest claim and charge. I wonder how many people don't even bother to check.
