Person at the uhaul pick up facility was not familiar with the procedure. He just advised us to use the app. Had bad cell service app wasn't working.

Edward M.I don't see how they leave the interior condition to the previous driver. I was not prepared to sweep or sterilize the truck that I received in basically the same condition I left it, with crumbs on the floor and sand, and drippy liquids on the seats. It just had not been cleaned in quite awhile and no one cared.

Laura H.I had the worst experience ever with this rental. I did everything as instructed and waited 45 minutes, while on the phone with UHaul, to obtain the keys!!! The attendants at the gas station ( non UHaul) were useless and were not trained in the least. I was very late for my pick up and majorly inconvenienced! I would research this service provider before booking there. Awful..just terrible!

Robbie R.We were overcharged multiple times. Once for mileage, once for insurance and the third time we were told that the tank would be filled and we would be charged $4. We were instead charged $20, so chose to fill the tank ourselves and were not refunded for the differences in insurance or gas even though we have phonons of the gas gauge. The credit card was charged directly for one amount and the receipt we were given shows another. We had to contact our credit card about the charges.

Elon S.THIS WAS THE WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I was supposed to pick up this truck in Norristown. My reservation was changed to Landsdale. I drove all the way to Landsdale to get the truck (out of my way) just to find out that I could not use that truck. I had to then drive all the way to Warminster PA. I'm not sure who handled this reservation, but I have never been so inconvenienced.
Brandon T.Location does not maintain its own truck fleet. Vehicle was provided by another location, and was provided without the items we pre-ordered and pre-payed for - bankets, furniture dollies and a utility dolly. Clerk at the location said that since we ordered online they do not have any responsibility to make sure the delivered truck has what we ordered. I was going to cancel and we needed the furniture dollies and blankets to move. The clerk could not figure out how to do so. I called national number to cancel and instead was told I could pick up the blankets and dollies at another location. Wasted 90 minutes between dealing with clerk, traveling to the other location, telling the other location what happened, and being given the blankets and furniture dollies. She could not have been nicer - buckingham/furlong location. We did not take a utility dolly, but it appears to still be associated with our account.

james A.It was not the location itself that was the issue, it was the lack of onsite assistance. It took almost and hour to get "approved" though I registered in advance. This delay resulted in my losing an hour of truck time and I lost some help as well. I would not do the online again. I would go where there was assistance because I was very helpless with the delay out of my control. The place near me with an onsite person did not have the truck I was looking for. As far as the truck and obtaining the key, after the LONG delay, was fine.
