We had reserved a 15 ft truck and upon arrival we were told it had been rented! So we had to use a 10 foot truck with messed everything up

Kaplen JI just reviewed my receipt that was emailed me when I returned the U-Haul vehicle I rented on 7-27-25 and I see that I was charged $40 for an extra day of use plus an additional $15 coverage, totaling $55 but I did not use the truck an additional day. After picking up the vehicle, I was sent a text that I needed to return it by 9am on 7-28-25 to a different location than the one the I chose when I pick up the vehicle in Manahawkin and I delivered the truck by 9am to that address so I'm not sure why I was charged $55 extra. Therefore, I would like a refund to my credit card for the $55. Please confirm via email that you will be issuing a credit for this.
