Some one smoked in the pickup. Luckily I could drive with the windows down. Very efficient operation. I think that pickup needs a tuneup check after a hard drive on the I-10 for 100 miles. Stalled, run rough, and tranny was mis shifting a little.

Equipment was located at both ends of the strip mall so immediate recognition of the shop was confusing. Staff did recover an item that I had left and made my day. Overall a god experience.

Got charged for miles we did not put on. No contact about our experience. Complete lack of concern for us. Truck was in bad shape and transmission was shot. Also got charged for the cleanup fee we were only being honest about it being.

Customer service is terrible!! Picking up the truck through the mobile app was a breeze. BUT once we returned the truck the customer service Tommy Armstrong didn't greet us just accused us of damaging the truck with scratches. My boyfriend and I explained to him that there was no way we damaged this truck because we haven't been anywhere with the truck like trees or tight spots to cause it. We picked it up Friday night and everything is how we picked it up. Two other customers were there are well, he friendly greeted them but we didn't even receive the same common courtesy. Ourselves we are African Americans and the other customers were Caucasian, so that felt very racial biased from our standpoint. Even with insurance we bought to cover any damages to the truck our integrity wouldn't allow us to damage the truck and deny it! A horrible customer service experience and I STRONGLY wont recommend this uhaul location to anyone! Nor will I look into any future services with Uhaul.

I enjoy using the mobile app to self check my rental. Its alot better then dealing with an agent. But at this location [agent] was very professional and willing to help, with out the sigh and "silent sound effects" u get from alot of the agents at uhaul. I believe he was the manager or supervisor, if not he should be. I was struggling to get my code right to get my key out of the locker. I went in and asked for help and he [ agent] came outside and assisted me and I was on my way. When I came back to return my truck again he saw me struggling with the app and what to do next and it was Storming, He came right out and again helped me. [ I wish I had his name] 🤙🏾 So thank you to him for his great customer service🌺 uhaul needs to find more employees like him. Because when your on the clock , its always customers first. [ you'll never get that type of service in Las Vegas. Or anywhere ealse I've rented from because I rent from uhaul frequently in alot of different places.]

The place I actually got the trailer from was great (Chief way). The place I scheduled my pick up at in West Pensacola was terrible. They changed my pick up location without informing me so I wasted the trip to their location and then waited 15 minutes to talk to the only rep in the facility. His attitude was horrible even before he told me I was at the wrong location even though 1) that's where I scheduled the pick up and 2) they had the equipment I needed. The guy was complete jerk. Didn't even give me the address of the location I had to go to after waiting to be told they changed it on me and didn't inform me. Can't repeat it enough, the guy that “helped me” was a jerk. He. Is. A. Jerk.

The location and the actual people that provide the uhaul equipment claim to have no control over any of the billing glitches, errors, or inconveniences. For any customer service issues directly related to uhaul I was referred to an 800 # with extensive wait times, multiple transfers, and no results to address the problems. The people were each quite professional, but not allowed the power to actually do anything. Or they lied about what they could do and would do. If I do not see major changes I will not use or recommend uhaul again. And I will actively encourage others to be extremely cautious if considering uhaul for any services or products. Horrible accountability but quick to take the money!

The equipment was unusable and the contract was written improperly the cust services people were very interested in listening to my problems with the equipment. I would have to recommend that people use other rental outlets . It may just be that location.

I left my Car keys in the truck , and was gone for over 45 minutes when I noticed that I had misplaced them. Nobody from the store called and made me aware, at least until I made the call to confirm that they were there. The guy was nice about it, but I feel that someone should've let me know that my belongings were left behind.

Very confusing about where you dropped off the uhaul. Address given to me by Uhaul was closed and locked up. A customer at the storage facility told me where the main office was. Went there and they told me to take it to a different parking lot and talk to a person in a pack and ship store. I am not a fan of scavenger hunts especially when tired from moving.

I thought the final price was $46 and some change. which is what I was told before I left the lot. When I brought the truck back the price was $52 and some change, then the tax was added. I would be nice to have the total price from the start, understanding that the customer may go over the mileage, but I didn't. You made 10 miles off me for free. Seems like U-Haul is like almost every other business trying to get something over in their process. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful and the truck was great. Luckily for U-Haul I am an honest person.

The man to talk to is Tom and he did a great job in being patient with me when my car was having issues hooking up the trailer. He was great in recommending what to do and was able to extend my contract when I needed it.

This was the best experience we have had at Uhaul. The two gentleman were not only very friendly but knowledgeable as well. They definitely knew what they were doing and got us in and out as quickly as they could. Thank you both so much.

Arrived at drop off point on 31-12-18 at 5:45pm. and was told the store just closed and would not open until 02-Jan-19. We were told we had extra time for truck because of difficulty in obtaining original truck ordered. I was told I would have to pay for 2 extra days. I complained and the man called the manager and allowed us to check the truck in before the store closed for NEW YEARs.
