It wasn’t the location it was the fact I drove 45 minutes to get a trailer and your system was down and I had to drive back home and come later

The truck we needed was advertised at a location that was much closer to us, but we were directed to this alternate location for pick-up, which was a bit less convenient for us. The staff at this location was courteous, but the wait was longer than we anticipated because there was only one staff member working who could do multiple services that this location offered. When using the link to register the truck and identify any areas of concern, the online service limited the number of photos that could be saved to document cosmetic or other blemishes on the truck when we picked it up, but gave now warning or indication of how to save additional photos - it simply crashed and required us to start over. This feature was unsatisfactory and needs to be improved.
