The original address from my reservation was in a different location. Then I was sent to another location to get the truck then they sent me to the final pickup location. Then I was asked to take a trailer to the drop off location and was promised compensation and discounts. Upon returning the first address also wrong then I was sent to another location which couldn't receive the truck and trailer and the lady on the phone had me change Mt phone settings and preferences on my personal phone to accommodate their site which after doing so still didn't work so I demanded another drop off with an individual present who could receive the truck and trailer. After going yet again to another location even that rep couldn't get the truck turned in so he got upset and called someone to help with getting the truck out of my custody. Finally 4.5 hours after the initial drop off the truck was released from me. I didn't get the discounts promised and am waiting for the compensation. After everything I went thru just to get tyne truck and to give it back i should have had free rental and been paid a daily wage for all the issues. I hand never had such a mess before uhaul needs to address all these issues with it's dealers and pickup and drop off locations. Someone should always be present to aid or assist if needed. Also the truck had weird grinding noises when you take off smell the exhaust definitely had issues. Which i pointed out to the last guy I dealt with. The person at the pickup location wouldn't help load the trailer on the truck and requested after I get everything hooked up drive it to his front door so he could look over everything.

Todd CSee about changing the published address. Hard to find with navigation — doesn’t seem to take you right to the store or shopping center. I “arrived” today at the street address but could not see the UHaul site. Thought I was lost.
Suzann MTruck was in poor shape. During the trip it had some rain. And when unloading the truck about half the truck was wet. Please do better inspections on the truck before renting. Nothing like the surprise of unloading and finding your stuff wet.

THOMAS ARegarding “the equipment clean and well maintained”, the trailer was old, some corrosion on the sliding door and latches, and body had several dents and scrapes. Other than that, the unit towed well, tires in good condition and was satisfactory for our intended use. The contact at the Warrington Business Center was cordial, professional, personable and efficient.
JOHN MI selected the reimburse you all immediately upon damage option and was in advertently charged $15 for the safe coverage protection plan that I did not want and ultimately was charging additional $30. When I contacted the sublease the store manager was told to contact U-Haul to have the charge reverse, modified/corrected . Apparently there is a system glitch that defaulted to this additional charge. My mileage overage was less than the fee that was charged to me so it needs to be credited back to my card on file from a customer service aspect or I can dispute it with my credit card agency. This is disappointing. The location was convenient and staff is always kind and helpful. However, the second truck that I was issued needs a front and alignment really bad. The steering wheel kept severely pulling to the left, which is a safety concern.

The ramp on the truck made it so easy to load and unload the furniture. I was grateful I was able to do a walk-in since I needed it with short notice also the truck was clean and rode smoothly. The gentleman who helped me, was very courteous and efficient and kind.. the team at the Warrington pack and ship/U-Haul store is very professional, and they all interact with the customers on a genuine basis, and I am thankful that they had a truck available because I had to move in a hurry in order to meet the deadline. Thanks again Super please and will most definitely use them in the future weather for local or interstate move needs.!! 10 out of 10 hands-down!$
