The Customer Service was very very bad. I also had an incident where there was an entire person living in the rear of the truck that was rented and became aggressive and agitated that they were disturbed

MICHAEL E.This was a horrible experience. I reserved the vehicle online and when I went to pick up the vehicle the app said I couldn't use mobile check out, so I went in. The women in the back were eating, listening to music and talking to this random guy (not customer). I told them I was trying to check out and they said “we ain't got no trucks†… I saw 3 out front. I explained that I reserved one I showed them my reservation and everything. Then one girl gets up and I ask the other one well what should I do. She said “she's about to go clean a truck for you†….. I reserved the truck the night before so I didn't understand why it wasn't already clean and why they lied. When the truck was â€cleaned†. I got in and it was FILTHY . All they did was clean out the back of the truck but the part where you sit was DISGUSTING. So dirty , the sun visor was hanging down broke , no gas, and tire pressure sensor was on… Oh and it barely could start.

Same for the drop of. Truck was in horrible condition. Mud all over the floor, trash and personal items in the cabin. I booked and paid for blankets - not in the truck. Truck Oil level: very questionable. Pressure of tires: below average.

William R.Brianna was the employee who did my contract for 3/2/23. I called and scheduled my pick up for 3:30 that day and she gave me a time to return it which would be 6:30 3/3/23. I returned 3/3/23 @5:50. And they charged me 29.87 for an extra day and stated I returned it late and took my deposit. I have to go back up there to meet with lamia about my money and being charged for something I wasn't explained about

Latisha P.The truck was disgusting. It smells and looks a mess. My friend who was with be believe homeless person sleeps in it why it smells so awful. We had to stop and get mask to cover our noses. Moreover, we had to bleach off the stuff we had in the back before we brought them inside.
Dwayne T.It was clean, but for it to be a climate controlled unit, there were times it was extremely hot when we entered our unit. Upon moving out, we discovered our furniture had molded. It was difficult reaching someone on the phone a couple of times. I'm still upset about my belongings, so maybe later I'd recommend this location but at the moment, no I wouldn't.

I listed my nephew as the driver and when he went to pick up the truck he was told of the deposit. Who does that?? This caused my move to be late with my movers. I was working that day so I had to call someone to go to this wash and spin and put their credit card on file so he would get the truck. This caused me to have to pay my movers extra due to the truck arrive was late. Who is going to reimburse me for that?? The staff at the Wash and Spin was very rude. I would NEVER go back to this location PERIOD!! The worse customer service I have experienced in my life.

STEFANYE A.The vehicle I was driving smelled like someone was smoking/transporting marijuana, especially when using the AC. It was so bad that I had an asthma on the first day. The vehicle was dirty and only one windshield wiper worked, the driver side. Replace the air filter immediately, get the vehicle cleaned, and repair the broken wiper.

The employee spent about 10 minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service until reaching someone that said I would have to drive 25 minutes to a secondary location instead. While the employee was very nice, the entire process ended up taking about 1.5 hrs (including all the drive to and from locations). When I received the truck, it had a lot of trash etc inside. When I alerted one of the employees inside, she was very apologetic and cleaned it immediately, though.

Daniel G.I rented a van with the hope to complete the task in 4 hours however it took me longer. The attendent at the Wash and Spin called me several times finally I was able to connect and she was fusing about me taking long than I hoped. And told me I would be charged extra because I had inconvenienced someone else. I pay for what I need and I am not willing to pay because someone else is waiting.You policy says $20 a day for a van and four hours in not a day! furthermore to be charged extra in not what I signed up to do. Not to mention that I have rented trucks before took longer that planed and was not charged extra. You have lost a customer!
