How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff who assisted me on pick-up and return were more interested in their cell phone conversation than waiting on me efficiently. The truck was dirty in the cab and cargo area. The front bumper was loose due to a previous accident.

TIONTA WJust Make Sure Renters have Cleaned Up Every Feature Of The Truck. Let The Customer Know That the Truck Already Has A Damage Report To Relay. Like Give a Heads up Upon handing Over The Key 🔑 . In My Case. I Walked Around The Truck Before Opening up The Door. There was Finder / Door Damage. When I do Open Up The Drivers Door. The sound of Cracking , I Started Over. I go back out Of it. Opened up the door half Way, Climb In sideways. That cracking Sound Was Barely There 👂. So in a nutshell, Give The Me A Heads Up 🆙 Thank You For Always Having A Truck When I Was in Need Of One.
Shanin CThe vehicle was roach infested and unclean. I couldn’t even use it or drive it and returned it first thing in the morning.
