No one there really seemed to know what they were doing, the back of the U-haul was dirty enough that one of my friends swept it before we put anything inside. I ordered a dolly and furniture pads and didn’t get them and was only told after, when I requested to be refunded for the items, that “we don’t have those.” It also took forever to both give me the key and drop the key off because I was told there was a dropbox I could not find, so I had to come back the next day while they were open.
Charles NWorst experience of my life, between the homeless sleeping in the truck, the gas letter wasn't correct, the back of the truck smelled like cigarettes and had liquor bottles in it. It was never cleaned

TYNITRA RThe truck I initially reserved was extremely dirty. The inside had not been checked from the previous renter. Soda cans, trash and dirt filled the inside seating area. I had to go back inside to request another truck. Luckily the attendant was understanding and offered me a larger truck for the same price point.

Lila VWell the truck drove perfect, but the A/C did not work at all I was hot af in that truck. When I started moving I noticed sum 1 left boots and a small bags of stinky clothes behind. Lady at the front desk kept hanging up in my face. She would not let me speak kept acting as if she couldn't here me I called multiple times, I had to get sum 1 esle to call in for me. The man at the front desk was polite.

Nakia HI spoke to customer service rep named Charlotte at 8004684285 03/23/2024. Initially my rental time was wrong, I checked out at 2:21 pm not 1:30. It was only reserved for 1:30. The rain delayed everything so I called in to see if I could get a courtesy extension. Charlotte placed me on hold to call the location and says she spoke to Area Manager Elijah who said "As long as you return by 4:30 you will not be charged for another day." I took her word on that recorded call and delivered the uhaul back before 4:30pm. When I get there I was charged for another day anyway. I called the call center back and spoke to Lawanda who says Charlotte never noted my account. I want that call pulled, I spoke to Charlotte at 2:05 and she did not do her job. I also want my money back from the additional day charge.
Krystal BAlmost a 5 star rating. This place is awesome - great folks and great location - Especially the folks were great ! We figured the truck got 6mpg and put back the fuel accordingly. The gauge looked the same to me. Don't know if the gauge has a problem but they charged us $20 bucks for fuel we had already replaced so our fuel cost on the truck turned out to be triple. Whatever. Other than that - take a picture of the fuel before an after and this place is highly recommended.
