Truck was dirty, windshield was filthy and covered in bugs. The refrigerator cart I ordered was not there, so we had to take a regular one. The female employee was great! She was very helpful. Her being so good is the reason I would recommend it.JONNIE J.

The only thing I had trouble with was the return. I took pictures of the odometer and fuel level several times and attempted to upload. Thank goodness the gentleman was at the office to assist. If I had been any later and not able to walk into the office, I'm not sure what would have happened! The truck was awesome. The checkout via app worked well in the morning.Kay S.
The truck did not run well. Seems like it's transmission is about to go, so it was nerve wracking hoping that it would make it to destination. Had other mechanical issues - grinding noise when turning, No power when accelerating, dumping on gear changes, ran very rough.Alyssa Y.

A little confused about dropping off via the app. Just parked and left keys in drop off box. The bill reflects drop off time so I imagine the business has cameras installed to verify drop off time legitimacy. Very nice to deal with truly. 😁😁JON L.

Get rid of the GMC. The transmission is slipping and it has no power. The engine light was on the whole trip. You live in Colorado. You don't have any four-wheel drives. The cab of the truck and box were not clean. The cab had food wrappers and potato chips in the cup holders and floor. The box had leaves and dirt which I had to clean. My equipment was not ready at pick up and did not get all my pads.William H.

Dropped off after hours. Had to call to ask about key drop box but got a quick and friendly answer. Seems like one of the better uhaul locations. Parking is VERY limited though.Raemond F.

There was a lot of unmarked scuffs and minor damages on the truck prior to rental, thankfully the employees at the location acknowledged this and did not attempt to charge me for the previous damage. The U haul employee that called to confirm the reservation tried to rent a truck to me across town when the location I requested had 3 of the trucks I was interested in that were available. Sounds like a scam to charge extra mileage fees. Thankfully I live extremely close to the location I chose and knew about the trucks and was able to argue for it. In the end, everything worked out perfectly but was a pain and very time consuming to arrange a 2 hour rental for 22 miles.Cory B.

very poor service. You automatically down sized me to a 15' truck without even informing me. Also no one called by 6pm the previous day to confirm pick up directions. Your customer service is horrible, I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out the mess you put me in. I bought a one way flight specifically to move my belongings.Zach G.

We could not use the Truck Share 24/7 and the poor guy at the storage place took pity on us and helped. Kevin Alvarez is a great guy and Uhaul is lucky he was there or we would have had a huge issue. I hate this company but I have no choice but to use your service because you don't charge underage fees. Get it together.Natalia S.

The location was not the problem. The employees were very helpful despite the horrible service from u-haul. I chose 24/7 pickup and was supposed to get my truck at 7:00am. Upon pickup and login to u-haul.com I was told I couldn't pick it up until 9:30. I went back at 9:30 and was told I didn't even have a truck available at that time. There was no communication of any of this to me beforehand. You shouldn't offer 24/7 pickup if the location isn't aware of this policy. And if things change along the way you need to let the customer know ASAP. I was promised a credit to my account and never received any. I accrued late fees in association with my move because I didn't get a truck until 10:00, 3 hours after I scheduled my pickup. The whole experience was disappointing. If there had been proper communication along the way we could have avoided late fees, stress and time.Michael M.

The location was fine but the truck was not. The door on the drivers side had some sort of bend or gap and let the wind through all the way in the highway. Felt like the door couldn't fully close. It was really loud and annoying and took away any thoughts of renting a Uhaul again if that is what to expect. Wish I would have just made two trips with my truck instead and saved another $100.William S.

Truck had some issues from the start and wasn't the cleanest. However, I was in a rush to secure this size truck and understood it may have just recently arrived from an incoming trip. Very friendly and helpful staff though! Thank you!Jeff D.
I initially tried to make a reservation for a cargo van but the website said the closest thing available was a 10' truck, which reserved by submitting my debit card info and was subsequently charged $62.16 (this already seemed a little steep considering the advertised rate was $19.99 plus $0.59/mile). Upon checking in online, it seemed that the reservation pickup location had changed from South College to 1202 Waterglen Dr. When I arrived I was surprised to be given a key for a cargo van, not the moving truck which the website said it was reserving for me. I drove about $50 miles so I understand there would be additional charges/changes made to my bill, but this morning I was charged with an additional $7.75 for a dolly rental as well as $58.20. The first $62 charge came from the South College location and the second two came from Waterglen Drive so I feel as though I've been double charged. While tryingto call your 800 number to get this resolved I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with a repeat message saying that I could get a resolution to my problem by reviewing my customer experience. Please help!Sean B.

The lady who gave me the truck was very nice and had all of the paper work ready. But, she didn't go over all the dings and scrapes, like the other U Haul rental places have done in the past. There were scrapes to the decals on both sides of the truck as well as damage to the cover of the instrument panel.phyllis T.

Returning telephone calls is important. Having the vehicle readily accessible for pickup is important. Keeping thoroughfares unimpeded is important. Perhaps the availability of a second cargo van at this location is warranted.Sally M.

The service at the pickup location was perfect but your website kept changing my reservation against my wishes and I got a phone call from another location asking me why I hadn't picked up the vehicle yet. Also a ridiculous number of emails from U-Haul including one that told me I had to let you know when I dropped off the vehicle because the location was closed which I found out was entirely unnecessary.SALLY M.

Service at Waterglen Self Storage was good even though there was problems with getting the order through the computer. My complaint is that I had to drive from Laramie, WY to Ft. Collins, CO to pick up the truck. I had put the order in over a week ahead of time and the day before was told that I had to go the Ft. Collins to pick it up. This not only took 3hrs out of our day for travel and an hour to get the order through the computer, but I had to put extra miles and gas on my vehicle. You need to add this question: Would you recommend using U-HAUL to a friend. My answer to it would by NO! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!Joe D.

The person at Waterglen went above and beyond to get the terms I needed from the traffic center. The person at the traffic center was difficult about allowing 2000 miles for a trip from Fort Collins to Nashville via Albuquerque. I can't thank the Watergken person enough for helping me out. I was ready to switch to Penske - miles are not an issue with them.Susan K.
