Your Uhaul app. cost me 45 minutes because of the authentication process. Not very good.
Dane SMake sure all the items you request and pay for are in the vehicle. The vehicle didn't have the dolly or furniture blankets I paid for. It would have made my move easier and wouldn't have taken me as long.
Kevin BThe drop off location was excellent. What was not excellent was the call from UHAUL on Tuesday morning. The caller was rude. Also, Uhaul's attempt to assign a drop off location without a phone call to me first was not appreciated.
Vaughn PThe clerk was outstanding! Maybe this is a thing of the past, but the cargo van had not been cleaned off. It was covered with snow. We cleaned off the snow and warmed up the van.
