The pricing was much higher and different from what we had paid in the past. This was the best place to use in the Golden Triangle area. However, I will not recommend or do business at this site again.

I’ve been using Mr. Bobby and Ryan Watkins for years now. It’s the only location I trust and deal with. Even when I’m moving things from out of state. I always reach out to Bobby and Ryan as my drop off or pickup location, ALWAYS!!! This U-Haul location is hands down the best location I’ve ever seen. Tons of history and tons of knowledge between the owners. The memorabilia in the lobby alone shows the hard work and dedication these two put into this business . Thank you Bobby and Ryan Watkins!

This is the site I ended up having to drop off the furniture dolly and blankets. The owner had to change the drop off location to his site which took a few minutes but in no time we dropped off the items and we were on our way.We enjoyed visiting with the owner and his sister while we waited.I would definitely use this U-hual site.

Was awesome first time ising the mobile service very interesting especially when its very convenient moving at night because of your work schedule but it was frustrating trying to submit my ID and very convenient for those who work and aint move when the store is close

They charged me for a Dooley but there wasn't a dolly on the truck when I got it so I never had a dollar can I get my refund on the 12 dollars that was charged for a dolly please and thank you. I have returned the truck already at 5pm.todau by the way

My daughter and her dad had a hard time getting the uhaul. Uhaul had to change our pickup location which I agreed to but then the changed reservation was evidently set up for a return trip rental and it was not ever going to be a return trip rental! They spent a long couple hours on the phone with uhaul trying to get it resolved and obtain access to the truck (after an 8 hour drive to this point and still and hour to go). Then…I believe we got charged a gas fee and the gas tank was the same if not more than when we picked it up. Disappointed, bad experience!!
