The verification process took almost an hour. Missed the business hours of where I needed to go with the truck. Didn't care for all the drop off pictures that were needed.

Tow dolly had a flat tire before leaving for usage, check engine on U-Haul truck at pick up. Swapped the tow dolly for auto transport and lighting on trailer did not work.... horrible experience... truck broke down on way to destination. Had to wait 3 hours for repair!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF!!!

Granted it isn't as busy a location as the pick-up one, but the woman who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous.

Sign in was inaccurate. Said i was ready for pickup but could not get key for almost 45 minutes. Customer service representatives are very rude on the 1800 u haul number. Actual people at the locations for drop off (when open) are great to work with.

You might consider having a person on site (or at least reachable by phone—and not just post a phone number that inevitably ends with some guy's full voicemail box) to help customers, those customers whose reservations have been bungled and mishandled by U-Haul's apathetic team of customer service reps (which is a whole nother review to come). This way, your customers won't have to stand around in the rain and wind and cold, in the middle of nowhere, thumbs up butts, and with no one there to help them sort out the bungled contract you're professionally obliged to uphold and sort out. Maybe try that, if these surveys mean anything at all to you. Moving is a stressful task made all the more stressful by your on-site absence and unreachableness.

The rental place that I went to pick the vehicle up at was not open when I arrived and the hours of operation were not on the door anywhere. I also made my reservation a month before I had to pick up the vehicle and ended up going another 20 miles out of my way to get a truck to move 4.5 hours.

The women that operates the place doesn't know how to operate the place. It took 45 minutes to check the truck out, it threw us behind schedule and we had people waiting for us. She sent the truck out with me and the back of the truck was not cleaned out. It had dog food and straw all over the back of the truck. I called her and she said that she would give a discount for the inconvenience. When I received the bill on the credit card, She took no money off, and when I called her said that she could not do anything or give any discount. She said that she did not know how to give one. What kind of business do you run anyway do you even train the people that represent your company. I am not impressed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
