Shelly was awesome from beginning to the return. She made everything easy and flawless. She made me and my son's trip much more enjoyable to the finger lakes. She even gave us a great lake location to go fish that turned out to be our best spot. She helped me with the pick up of the truck remotely which was very helpful. Thanks Shelly !
