Location Waukegan mail depot. The location was very easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The store was very clean with clean restrooms and air conditioned. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions without issue. Overall this has been one of the most pleasant u-haul rentals I have had.
