How U-Haul Reviews WorkI don’t like the fact they added additional fees after I left the facility. They implied we brought the truck back under the initial gas amount and charged $9.00 and also they included a cleaning fee of $35. What the heck did they clean? I had to call the corporate office to dispute the charges.

Elbek KThe staff at this facility were incredible. Very very helpful and kind / caring.
john bDropoff was a bit confusing, but I talked to someone on the phone after I dropped off the truck without officially returning the rental in the app and they helped me make sure everything was closed out. Overall this was one of the smoothest parts of my entire move!
