Dropoff was a bit confusing, but I talked to someone on the phone after I dropped off the truck without officially returning the rental in the app and they helped me make sure everything was closed out. Overall this was one of the smoothest parts of my entire move!
CHELSEA MMessed up my bill.
James DI did an online order that went from $20 to $151 when I actually got to the store then after I returned the van there was a additional charge of $46 ( actual charge) so I needed up paying almost $200 for van that I really only needed for like half an hour and I was told I should get the $151 back but never received it which is why this the last time I'll be using these services
AARON EUnderstand the process better and set it up properly for the customer. Have someone available that is able to answer questions and fix problems.
