I was expecting a U-haul representative in person to help with the completion of the pick-up of the trailer. The Wavaho attendant gave me a number to call and I spoke to Jeremy who was patient and helpful, but the entire transaction was done over the phone. The least that Uhaul could do is explain this when you make the reservation. I also asked Jeremy about the utility dolly/truck which I had reserved as part of my reservation and it was not there. He said that if he had known about this he could have made sure that one was there. Does someone not check the reservations to make sure all items at on hand at the designated location? I had to go to the Florence Blvd office and ended up buying a utility dolly because they did not have one to rent either. Also, the trailer was not secured properly, so one of the staff at t his office came out and fixed it.
