The 20’ truck was attached to a trailer that we did not rent. There was only a single person operating the register at the gas station and trying to help out with the truck rental. She could not assist, so I had to disconnect the trailer myself. Also, the U haul app would not allow me to upload any pictures of some of the minor damage to the truck.

JANET HQuick and easy service. Missing equipment: 1) I ordered and paid for 2 dollys- I had 1 hand truck. 2) I ordered 12 furniture pads and had 2 blankets and an opened pack of blankets. I would like to be refunded for the missing items.
River BMy reservation was not there. I received a trailer and had to hook it up myself and as I got almost two hours into my drive; I found out the trailer lights had a shortage in them and was not working and it was dark by now
