Even with a power outage the service representative was great
Stephen MThe drop off was just at a gas station/store and not a uhaul full location. The person said they were not trained in uhaul operations so we were directed to call a toll free number to confirm return of equipment. He was as helpful as he could be and saw that we returned the trailer undamaged
RICHARD MFriendly but the poor guy could not login to uhaul to do the return. Finally had to call the manager to tell him to have a picture of mileage and gas and then send to him. Longer waiting there just to give keys and picture.

Patrick CThe location was ok, although I had asked on the online order form for pick up/drop off of the rental vehicle in Midland at the Ultramar Gas Station which would have been 14 km closer to where I live. Last time I had rented a U-Haul vehicle it was possible - this time I did not even get a response to my request. But maybe this is U=Haul regulations to decide where customers have to pick up. Unfortunately they experienced internet problems at the location where I had to pick up this time which delayed the whole rental process and all information from my online order had to be put in again with some hick ups. This can happen, but an offer to add the lost minutes to the rental time would have been nice customer service, but I assume this is U-Haul regulations. The rented equipment (dolly, blankets) was not in the rental vehicle, I had to remind personnel - but I supposed it's my responsibility to check that anyways. Other than that everything went smooth and fine. The rental vehicle was in top condition and I would recommend U-Haul, just would hope for less obstacles with the rental process next time.

Amber-lee MVehicle was covered in ice & snow. Took 15 minutes to scrape off the ice. Once started the engine, the low tire pressure indicators said the rear tires needed to be inflated. That took an additional half an hour. I tried repeatedly to photograph the dash as instructed by the app and there was an error in reading the odometer and or fuel gauge. Over all I was delayed by one hour with the crap.
ADAM NMy online check in did not work. Getting through the process on iPad was painfully slow. When I returned the vehicle on time and exactly to the estimated mileage I was still charged for extra mileage. Pick up and drop off took far longer than necessary considering I had already scanned my license and checked in.
Mitchell MMy reservation was changed to this pickup location, which was farther from my initial preferred choice.
George MThe pick up process was clunky and there seemed to be issues with our online booking information being transferred to the people working at the pick up location. We used our van for 2 hours, dropped it off at tje same pick up location and then got a day one day later asking if we still had the van. Clearly there are issues with comminication here that need to be sorted out.
