Location and staff perfect, I was disappointed that the box trailers do not have a jack for the tougne? This made attaching and removing the trailer from our vehicle very difficult as I have a bad back.

Jeremy LIt was not a good experience , based on that i would Not recommend this Uhaul location. When we got there , there was no place to do up the paperwork, it is in a convince store, and we had ro fill lit the papaerwork at the till, while the employee was serving customers also , at that till . So it felt like we were getting in the way because the same desk is being used to pay for snacks, gas , and fill out your rental paperwork. We took the extra insurance , but the emplaoyee told us to make sure and take pictures of Any All damage , so we wouldn't get dinged for it , and also to take pictures of the dashboard before and after to show milage and gas. The employee didnt even come out to show us the truck , and see any damages her self. We ended up takimg quite a few pictures as there were a lot of dings on the vehile , and the inside of the cab was dirty with im assuming coffee splashes and crumbs. We used the truck , and came back more than 2 hours early, but we wanted to make sure we took a bunch of pictures again to prove we were dropping it exactly how we picked it up , took pictures of the inside and the dash for kilometers and gas. We were sonworried about getting the pics , we accidently locked the key in the truck . We went right in and told the uhaul representative, she said not to worry about it , they would take care of that , she did come out and look in the back of the truck saw it was clean . , she said thanked us, said everything looked good , said she would close out our contract and email us a copy . She Never said that they would be charging $ 100 to have a new key made , and the only reason I found that out is when I saw the email After we left . Yes we locked the key in the truck, but we wouldn't have if we had not been so worried about getring the pictures that the 1st employee told us to make sure we got. She should have came out with us to verify the condition of the truck at pick up, then the same at drop off . We would like at least some of that money back on our card , the key wouldn't have been locked in if we weren't worred about the pics, from the advice of the first employee, then lied to by the 2nd when she decided not to tell us about the $100 charge .
