Apparently my trailer was due at 9 and someone else wanted it at 10. I wish they had called me at like 9:30 or something, it probably would have been better for everyone. I thought I had all day. I understand why you charged me the extra day, but i think it could have been avoided if you called.

The tailgate on the trailer was bent from prior use. It worked okay, but probably should have been repaired/replaced before renting it out.

Associates were very rude and dismissive within the entire transaction and kept messing up the online special I capitalized on. The associates kept telling me I was going to have to pay about $70 more than my online reservation for a one-way in town special. Lastly, the ramp was jammed inside the truck when I went to load and would come out any farther than 2 to 3 feet. Returned truck back to the store for the associate to pull it out slightly and run backwards until it released and said I got it out your good! The rest of day using the truck the ramp gave us a problem both in and out of the truck! Worst Uhaul truck and experience ever!

It might be good to give a little leeway to people when traffic or a train makes the 30 minutes behind schedule and you charge them for a full day for the truck. I got charge an extra $100 for being late cuz of a train. I dont think I will ever be a return customer and I've always used u-haul. It would have been nice to have been told to just keep it since I already paid for it but instead I'm making several trips wasting gas being put further in debt. So thanks for that. Next time I will pay someone to move me it will be cheaper than using you again.

The women who checked me in Vicky at Wayland was very argumentative and terse. The first old guy that came out to check my lights on the trailer was loud and rude, not polite at all. Barking orders like he was a drill Sargent or something. The second time I arrived there Vicky was still very trite and impolite. But the second man who hooked the trailer up was courteous and polite. The customer service needs to be re taught to the first man and Vicky that I encountered. I would not recommend this Wayland to an enemy.

The only issue was, I reserved a 15ft but do to a reserve issues I was give a 24 ft for the same price which was great and I needed the bigger trunk but it didn't have a dolly or moving blankets which come standard on the 15ft. I wanted the extra blankets on hand incase I needed them and was told I would only get charged if I used them I had a few of my but wanted back ups. So had to use my personal blankets and now have wash several blankets

UHaul can be more honest on your website. Said $.79 / Mile but found out later that it is $.99 / Mile on weekends. Need to make sure to read your fine print.

I told them that I needed the trailer for hauling a 6 wheel atv that was just over 5 ft wide and just over 9 ft long. They rented me a 6 ft x 10 ft trailer. This would have worked if the opening in the back was wider than 4 ft 9 in. My mistake for not noticing it upon leaving. Theirs for not listening to my needs. Still got charged $40 and my wasted time for having the trailer for a couple of hours.

Everyone was great and helpful. Vicki was great, she had to investigate and call about the mix up with trailer #'s and didn't make me sit there and wait. She said she would contact me if needed and emailed me the receipt with the return confirmation. Love the team at the Wayland Do It Best Hardware.
