There was no clear signage on where to go after parking. The rental desk was in an awkward room and location. No walk around the vehicle or explanation of the contract was given.

Let customers know if something comes up with equipment availability. I was disappointed about having to go to another location to pick up equipment needed. Other than that, was a great experience overall. Equipment was very well maintained and I could tell that they take pride in the service they provide.

The staff was wonderful! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and the experience created me into a future client and a walking commercial. It was so simple and quick. I love efficient and fast but it's common when we are lucky to have fast service, there may be a mistake. Not with this gentleman. Corporate, yall lucky to have the staff there, I'd hire em out right from under your nose. Customer service is becoming rare with the new generations. I know because I'm one of them and my peers... well, there isn't much competition

The U-Haul locations in both MI and CO were very helpful for my solo move. U-Haul arranged for movers to deliver my boxes and unload them saving me many hours of drudgery. The movers, Rocky Mountain Moves, brought my boxes on a flatbed trailer arranged so both boxes could be unloaded at once - genius! The movers were professional, courteous, and fast!

The delivery of my containers and Colorado went to the incorrect location. I called in the correct address to deliver them and it was never entered into the system then they were held and then they were brought to my home and then sat here for two weeks empty. Everyone. Involved was very nice, but the lack of communication was obvious.

I was charged $116.70 for a monthly payment charge by U-Haul Moving & Storage of Benton Harbor, Michigan for the storage of the U-Boxes that remained Empty on my property after I completed unpacking my belongings from the U-Box containers. I wanted the U-Box Containers picked up and removed from my property on Monday June 10, 2024 but was informed by U-Haul that because of a lack of available truck drivers and trucks that the U-Box containers would not be picked up and removed from my property until Sunday June 23, 2024. I was inconvenienced for having the EMPTY U-Box Containers that remained on my property until Sunday June 23, 2024 and I should not be charged $116.70 for a monthly fee because U-Haul Did Not have truck drivers or equipment to remove the EMPTY U-Boxes from my property on June 10, 2024.

This location was 90 minutes away from our house and felt unsafe. Incredibly inconvenient and took away 2 hours from our pack day and added extra miles to our trip. When we asked about it at the location we were met with hostility and told our business was not needed. As there are very few choices available for long haul moves, we did not feel like we had any choice but to bow to the demands of your company. If you really care about improving customer satisfaction, I recommend basing the pick up location on the customer home address and not the preferred pick up address.

My Move and U-Haul were never on the same page. U box was not where U Haul sent the My Move group. My Move crews were not good at returning calls. My Move ended up in Dunedin without any help. The driver and I had to do it all. That's not what I paid for. I know these contractors are not part of UHaul, but they were recommended by U Haul and the whole experience was ruined by by U Haul's incompetence of managing the process.

The original location I rented from and had a confirmation from did not have my vehicle appropriately loaded for me. I had to call customer service and drive 20 miles away to the closest ready vehicle. Shame on them for not doing their job

The location was fine, it’s dealing with U-Haul that was bad. I found out the morning of that the location next to me didn’t have the trailer I reserved, and I had to drive 30 minutes to go pick it up. They also said they’d put a credit on my account for the inconvenience, but when I picked up the trailer the guy didn’t see any credits on my account. I’ll definitely look elsewhere next time I move

[This comment is for UHaul corporate, not this specific local location: Please communicate that Uboxes CANNOT be scheduled for delivery while in transit. No one communicated this to me when I booked my Uboxes originally, instead I was told that delivery could be scheduled at any time, which did not turn out to be true (as they cannot be scheduled during the transit window).] Luckily, this Dacono location was super helpful and communicated with me through the process to ensure my delivery would be seamless. Thanks!

Excellent and friendly staff, always helpful and understanding...we have used WCR 15 several times now. This was the first time with a ubox container and the experience went perfect. Not a single hiccup from Southern Arizona, to storing it here...even bringing it out for us to pull some needed items out and put it back in storage for another month. Even helped me fix my mistake in reserving a 10 foot truck and made it ok to return the truck after hours, no problem. Excellent people to work with...they bust their ass for you and are friendly about it the whole time...don't see too much of that anymore. Thank you guys!!! For always helping out!!!!

Catherine and Joy were awesome! Tyler in Lincolnshire, IL was fantastic too. The Moving Helpers were great on both ends. Most everything else about my experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t do again.
