I found out the morning of that the location next to me didn't have the trailer I reserved, and I had to drive 30 minutes to go pick it up. They also said they'd put a credit on my account for the inconvenience, but when I picked up the trailer the guy didn't see any credits on my account. I'll definitely look elsewhere next time I move
