I supposed to pick it up at 7:00 a.m. this cupcake is classified as a 24/7 pickup location the truck was inside the gates, the owner arrived close to 11:00 a.m. she was pretty upset saying that it wasn't her fault of course it wasn't my fault either but I had to keep waiting there after that U-haul gave me a partial refund but overall it was a bad experience

The truck was clean a newer from the one I drove a year ago. I did not go to far which was good for me. I will order a U-Haul truck again. Thank You We Cake LLC
Gina WThe staff is so shady, they will lie and put your didn’t fill up the tank and charge you extra $50. Also this location is in a sketchy area, the parking lot is so pain you have to really be careful getting out of the parking and getting in. Also they lock the parking garage after 9 so no overnight drop off.
