The only problem I had was that I had to travel farther than I'm use to, because U-Haul was over booked I'm paying more for mileage. The location was great. The check out was quicker. The staff was great.

Employee was rude, I didn’t know it was a combo cupcake shop with a U-Haul in the back. I asked if I was at the right place and she had an attitude. Truck itself was also not the cleanest, had an old French fry sitting in the window.

Stephanie GI supposed to pick it up at 7:00 a.m. this cupcake is classified as a 24/7 pickup location the truck was inside the gates, the owner arrived close to 11:00 a.m. she was pretty upset saying that it wasn't her fault of course it wasn't my fault either but I had to keep waiting there after that U-haul gave me a partial refund but overall it was a bad experience
