Nice service but returning the big truck (26') was a little difficult.

Trick was dirty with mud and used water bottles in the interior. Back tires didn’t have tread so when I backed into my yard, the truck could not get a grip on the grass because of the tread.. I had to call a tow truck for $210

Make it easier and quicker to pick up a truck. I could not do all the online WORK you wanted us to do, so my son had to do it all while both of us were out in the pouring rain for 30 minutes, at least.Have an employee on site to help!

Before we made it to We Day Stop, where we had excellent service and finally got the truck, Uhaul had us travel to three stores in a different town then the truck was originally reserved in, making it very inconvenient for the customer on moving day to a different state.

The gentleman was very nice but it was early in the morning and he was trying to tend to us and the customers coming in the convenience store. He had no help with him so the process took some time. Also, I’m not sure if this is his responsibility, but the truck was filthy! The cab was gross and the cup holder was broken which made a 10 hour journey holding you coffee challenging. I uploaded the max amount of pictures I could showing how beat up the truck was and the filth. Also the “attic” space leaked and ruined one of my boxes. Thankfully what was in it could be washed.

Uhaul was great and simple. Location was a little confusing as it was in a gas station. Movers (prestige movers) were no call no show. They called to get all the information, then didn't respond after finding out they were located in Harvey coming to Mandeville. I called several times and no response or call back was received.

I’m disappointed. There wasn’t an live personnel to assist once I returned uhaul. This location attempted to charge me for dropping off here when I was able to select this location as a drop off. I would not recommend this location at all. Only Jamie, the gas station clerk, was nice and helpful;

Please have a representative from U-Haul available as the representative in the store did not know what to do and was of no help. Also, this is the 2nd time I've paid for a Dolley and it was not in the vehicle. I want my refund.

The location was a filling-station. Some old guy behind the counter said to just drop the trailer off behind the building. “Find a spot.” This drop-off was about 10 miles further away from my desired drop-off location, which I had to pass on the way to the filling station.

A/C didn't work, steering loose, suspension poor. Truck was a pig. Also the truck I reserved at a different location was no available, even though I did online check in. This location had a truck, but I didn't get a walk around, and received no paperwork as to fuel state or mileage. This will be the last time I use u haul

I had to drop off here because Holden’s in Covington La. Was full and couldn’t take it. This location took it with no notice and very friendly but did not know how to give me a receipt prompting me to have to notify uhaul which required a 20 minute wait by phone. Thanks

Ordered a 10’ truck for my move. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told there were no 10’ trucks available, so I was given a 15’ truck. Although I was only charged for the price of a 10’ truck, I ended up spending a lot more in gas money as a result of having to drive a larger/heavier truck. I reserved that 10’ truck weeks in advance, which is why it is totally unacceptable that a 10’ truck was not there waiting for me. With that said, the personnel at We Dat Stop were very supportive, kind, and did everything possible to accommodate me.

This is the WORST experience i have ever had with UHaul, EVER! I reserved a 20' truck a month ago. First, the day before my pick-up I was told my pickup location and time had moved to Zackary, which is a 45 minute drive out of my way waste of time in addition to the extra gas i would use to use get this truck and use it. Second, I waited for some one from the Zackary location (Tire Doctor) to call to confirm but no call, so i tried calling them but i got an answering machine all day, Third, I called them again before i left to pickup the truck and finally got an answer. The guy said that the truck i was supposed to pickup in Zackary was now not available because the prior user extended it's use! If i did not call them myself then i would have been in Zackary without a truck 2 hrs away from my original point of departure! So i called UHAUL and found a smaller truck in my hometown and had to drive it round trip, All of this made me late for my planned move. the person at this location We Dat Stop was friendly and helpful, but i rated it poor so this would get some attention.

Whoever checked me out originally. I think her be Sersi. I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong but she handled me and all her customers that came in with grace and humility. She should run the place.
