No one knew where the key to the truck was. We waited nearly an hour to get the key and had to talk to U-Haul customer service to find out that the key had been in the key drop box the whole time. It was a very frustrating experience. The process needs improvement, and the staff needs better training. I was on my lunch break when I picked up the truck, which made me extremely late getting back.
