I rented a 6x12 trailer. The lights and surge brakes worked excellent. Tires were in great shape and I was very impressed with how well it pulled. I was a little disappointed in the billing. I picked it up Friday afternoon because this location is closed on the weekends. I mentioned to the guy filling out the paperwork that I actually needed it Sunday, so I would return it Sunday afternoon. He said no problem. I should have clarified that "no problem" meant I can pay for 3 days instead of 1. That's my fault for not being clear.

Maxine GYou guys crush Penske and Budget. Your equipment is top notch! Theirs is old junk that broke down in Des Moines on the expressway at rush hour due to a simple diesel fuel filter clogged. Budget was not honest up front so you must pay more at pickup or no truck! Uhaul is by far the best! Also great agents too. Thank you.

Trevor EHorrible experience using the app on a Sunday. I had to rent the truck at the Weber location because when I went to pick up my truck at true value, the app failed to give me the lock box pass phrase. It wasted several hours and made me make several phone calls. Ultimately waited on hold for 1.5 hours for my issue not to be resolved by the Sunday staff at U-Haul ride share. I had to extend my rental because of this and I am surprised U-Haul charged me for the second day when they had caused me to lose labor hours to people I had to pay to help move my stuff. I’m not impressed and next time I will not use the app.
Adam SThere wasn’t anybody at the location and after calling several times nobody answered we just left the tow dolly and took a picture of it. The next morning I called the person who answered didn’t signify that it was Weber Trucking and I confirmed he had the dolly which he said he had just checked in. This location said it was 24 hrs. We were a little in the dark as to what to do.

Mike HI got in the vehicle, it was supposed to have a 1/2 tank of gas. Welll, it only had 3/8 of a tank. So I snapped a picture of that. The guy was nice enough, but it was very unprofessional to give me a truck with the incorrect amount of fuel in it. I was in a hurry and on a time crunch so I couldn’t go back in and address it with the guy because the office wasn’t even open. You had to call a number on the door for uhaul services, and it took them forever to answer the door. I figured a picture would be better

Neal FNever entered an office there, pulled into a large parking lot with just a few trailers. I wasn't sure I was at the right place then someone (greg I believe) pulled up in a pick-up truck and wrote the trailer number down, asked if I paid by credit card and said they would take care of it. They were nice, but I left hoping they were going to do what they said they would do!
David SThey didn’t do a truck inspection with us before leaving. Truck was below E when we got it. Didn’t make it up the road to a gas station and the truck died on the side of the road. Called the facility several times that day and the next day, no one would answer. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.
Desirae SDoor was locked when we got there. Phone number on the door. I called and the guy just said grab the 5x8 trailer and he'd take care of the rest. Whoakay!
Jeff EWhen I picked up trailer the pictures they showed for the condition of the trailer there was snow on the ground in the pictures. It was 74 when I picked it up. It definitely wasn't a picture of the trailer I picked up.
Dan YI was disappointed that I had to drive to this location for the auto transport vs. the first location. Mike the original scheduler never told me two pick ups and you had a month to get the equipment together.
Dan LI don't have much to say about this place. I returned the truck, gave the guy behind the counter the keys, and he told me I was all-set.

Jason ZWe dropped off at night, so no one there. Ample parking/drop off so it was really easy. Not locked up, so we got right in. We were in and out in minutes. They called us or sent an email 2 days later (first business day, we dropped off on Sat. night.). Very satisfied!
