Neal F.Never entered an office there, pulled into a large parking lot with just a few trailers. I wasn't sure I was at the right place then someone (greg I believe) pulled up in a pick-up truck and wrote the trailer number down, asked if I paid by credit card and said they would take care of it. They were nice, but I left hoping they were going to do what they said they would do!
David S.They didn't do a truck inspection with us before leaving. Truck was below E when we got it. Didn't make it up the road to a gas station and the truck died on the side of the road. Called the facility several times that day and the next day, no one would answer. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.
