Agent wasn't there at contracted time of 10 o'clock according to an email I received. No one else was in the office that could help. A key wasn't left for unrelated work to find. Agent said he would return when he was done on a service call. No specific time.

The truck on the driver side leaked and the truck counsel was filthy
Jeffrey MTrailer lights did not work- had to wait 45 minutes for staff to finally decide to find another trailer. Had to drive 10 miles away to get trailer. Plus side they did give a discount on the rental.
