I wanted to pick up my truck at different location, however uhaul rerouted me further away. When I got there the business was closed. I called the number on the door and a man answered and said the shop was closed ?? I said no I'm supposed to pick up my 25 ft truck with drive on car haul. after looking me up he's say oh yes your right. Well car tow straps were broken ( for my 2021 Lincoln) so went for front tire tow due to I had to be relocated by Friday could not hook first tow up it was locked, went for 2nd tow and the driver's side break light was out but I took it and followed behind with my other vehicle. So this was very frustrating and uncalled for. I will give gentlemen on the phone a gold star for helping me. P.s. the 26 foot trucks air conditioner did not work :(

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was a parking lot that we needed to use the app. Air conditioning went out 2 hours into our 20 hour journey so windows down the whole way in 90 degree weather and rain. We picked up a trailer in OHIO for a shared program and that facility we asked if they could charge the AC and they said that don't do that here.so we went on.it was very hot and we only got 6 miles to the gallon, the check engine light came on the last 50 miles of the journey.
Bradley PI didn’t have a problem with the location only the air and this app is terrible. I did not get a dolly and the location was closed.

Mike KAgent wasn't there at contracted time of 10 o'clock according to an email I received. No one else was in the office that could help. A key wasn't left for unrelated work to find. Agent said he would return when he was done on a service call. No specific time.
