I was told my gas tank was full when I pick up truck and it wasn't. I showed a picture of the gauge to the people when I turned it in. I also told uhaul where I was gonna turn the truck in but they never listened to me. Uhaul smelled like cigarette smoke, there was half a pack on The floor behind the seat. The driver door didn't shut correctly unless it was slammed from the outside, it was unsafe if shut from inside. The check I. I did mobile check in and the person doing check in at the location cancel out my mobile check in and proceeded to charge me for insurance which I had already declined with the mobile check in. I find this to be suspect at best and criminal at worst. After declining this coverage he chose to add a $16 package without even asking me about it.Howard Dale L.

The return was awful! It took us over an hour from the time we arrived on the lot until the time we left. The first lady that answered couldnt help us return it and gave us another number to call to reset our account, that number closed the hour before we called. We used two cell phones to try to return online and in the app. They both ended up loop back to the original log in page. It was an epic fail. I will never return equipment when the location is closed.Tiffany D.

Truck was not clean. Also not filled to Full and I was charged more because I didn't fill all the way. I also was given 80 extra miles because i had to drive an hour away to get the truck. They did not honor these miles when I turned my truck in. I opened up a case with Uhual and they have yet to do anything. Charged me almost 500 bucks.Charles S.

Make sure the fuel tank is full before renting the truck. I was given the truck at 15/16th full. When I fueled up it was impossible to get the level the same. I returned it full.Michael B.

The online check in system does not work well at all. I had reservations made earlier in the week and I still had to re enter my information. Then it took 45 minutes beyond that, so I didn't get even 3 hours of time with the truckEric S.

I reserved a uhaul on Tuesday morning online for moving Friday and Saturday. I received a call on Thursday saying my equipment was not available. I had to scramble and find a uhaul for Friday and then drive an hour for a uhaul on Saturday just so I could move. There's got to be a better system for reservations. To call and tell me two days after I reserved which was one day before moving into a new house was very stressful.Bill B.

First, we had to wait quite a while to pick up a truck that we had reserved at a particular time. Then, when we dropped it off, we were told that if we did not self-check it in (as if we were dropping it off after hours) we would be charged and additional $20. So we went through the innane process of self-check in. Then, what was supposed to be $29 + $14 for the rental turned out to be over $75. U-Haul will not have our business in the future.Aldo P.

This location forgot my two dozen blankets. I had nothing to move my furniture with, and I damage to furniture pieces. I hate The U-haul corporation. Nothing to do with this location, but the company moved my truck to this location which was an hour away. This location forgot my furniture blankets and my furniture got damaged. I tried to call uhaul to move back my drop off, talked to a representative, and then was left on hold for 25 minutes, finally hung up and called again and uhaul was closed. Suck it uhaul. Truck was fine. Pick up location changed the morning of even after email confirmation. Called day of pick up about the uhaul guarantee told it would be applied to account. It wasn't. Inquired again on June 4th told it would be applied no later that June 11th. It wasn't. Customer service it absolutely terrible. What do I do from here!?Kelly L.

Bob was EXTREMELY slow. The power steering fluid and antifreeze levels were low. The front passenger side turn light was completely missing from the truck and it wasn't documented.William L.
The truck was filthy, caked with dry mud in the storage part. Received notice 24 hours before pickup that I had to drive 1 hour from original pick up to get the truck. I was only given an additional 40 miles and no extra timescott P.

Both the pick up location and drop off location were changed from where i originally reserved the truck. Both changes for lick up and drop off were more inconvenient for me. The truck presented to me was full of mud inside the floor of the cargo area. There was also mud on the seat and floor of cabin areaâ€”-both were unacceptable. Upon picking up the truck was initially greeted by attendant saying he might nit be able to rent me the trunk since his computer was not working well. Caused some distress since i was dropped off at the location and my ride had left. I could not believe this is how i was greeted and even if his computer was down could not understand why he could not contact 800 u-haul reservation number to allow me to rent vehicle.Edgar M.
