My gas was incorrectly marked and I couldn't mark that it was before I left in the app and then was charged a fee at the end.

KURIAN JHard to find location as parking lot has 4 spaces. Lotto customers took priority but they did at the other corner store where I picked up the van.

Jodi JI ordered a dolly. There was no dolly in van and when I asked employee they told me they do not keep at that location. Uhaul should told me thay while i was booking. Then I called customer service and they said they can not refund money because I already take uhaul and i have to call again when i am returning. It’s a lot process.
HARDIK NMy reserved truck was not available. I had to take a smaller truck at a completely different location. This forced me to leave belongings behind, and incur cost ubering to Hamilton from Burlington ON. Complete joke. What’s the point of a reservation if it is 100% unreliable and forces you to leave your shit behind and spend more money?
David SThis location charges you for gas even when you return you at even higher level than you picked up. I picked up at 7/16 if a tank and returned it with 9/16. The attendant told me I can go and he’ll inspect the vehicle after. I got home and saw an email receipt for almost $100 gas charge! I have gas receipt and picture of the gauge. Then I read reviews and turns out this location has done this to others and this is not the first time. It’s a convenience store and they have a Uhaul counter. Do yourself a favour and use an actual Uhaul location.
MOOJAN NWe did not chose this location. It was approx. 10 km from our requested location and we were unfamiliar with the city. I was informed of this change the day before. Not much I could say about the change! Our allowable mileage was not increased to accommodate the location change!! Additionally, the requested 12 moving blankets were not in the truck. The missing blankets resulted in stopping in at another UHaul location to pick up the blankets. The friendly store clerk was helpful, but our rental process was constantly interrupted by customers in the store. Also, my credit card information had to be re-keyed, although it had already been provided when I made the reservation. I was uncomfortable using the store clerk's iPad to key in my card number, although it was the UHaul portal.

ANGELA PI was scheduled to pick up the truck at 10:00 am and reached the location at 9:45 am to find out that the location was closed, finally they turned up at 10:40 am, completely unapologetic, it felt as if they were doing us a favour.

Simon HI waited for an hour to figure out code for the key box. I tried to reach out Uhaul customer service for an hour but got no response , and the store attendant was not aware of the process. Even though I uploaded everything on the portal I didn’t get my code to open lock. The whole incident caused me a lot of inconvenience and I almost lost a good furniture deal, since the seller didn’t want to wait for that long. Had to spend additional money to convince him. The process should be easy or the store attendant should be given training or Uhaul customer service should be available easily.

Reynaldo MApplied wrong fuel charges. I have filled gas UpTo given mark, I driven 19kms only filled gas 5ltr, after that U-Haul charged me$46.62. Not satisfied.
