I waited for an hour to figure out code for the key box. I tried to reach out Uhaul customer service for an hour but got no response , and the store attendant was not aware of the process. Even though I uploaded everything on the portal I didn't get my code to open lock. The whole incident caused me a lot of inconvenience and I almost lost a good furniture deal, since the seller didn't want to wait for that long. Had to spend additional money to convince him. The process should be easy or the store attendant should be given training or Uhaul customer service should be available easily.
