Was to pick up 20 ft truck at 9. Found out it wouldn't be there til 12. Finally got truck at 1 My help waited 4 hours to load. 2 of the four men had to leave at 2:30 leaving me with only 2 men. Im 74 and could not help much. I was told I would receive $50.00 back. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND??? This was so frustrating. I had reserved the truck two weeks ago. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. THEY TOLD ME I COULD GO TO HOLDEN OR ODESSA, MO AND GET ONE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN EXTRA TIME AND MILEAGE. It took approx 30 minutes to check me in after I got there There were 3 men waiting for their reserved 10 foot truck, which was not there either MY PEOPLE WAISTED 4 HOURS ON THEIR DAY OFF WAITING FOR THE TRUCK AND I PAIDED THEM TO SIT I WILL BE EXPECTING AT LEAST 50.00 REFUND. WHILE WAITING FOR THE TRUCK, WE PUT A FEW THINGS IN MY PILOT AND GRANDSONS TRUCK YO MOVE. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN NECESSARY I ,AT 74, HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR SAT NIGHT AS TGERE WAS NOT TIME TO SET UP THINGS BEFORE MY HELP HAD TO MOVE. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION, EMAIL AND PHONE. PLEASE CALL OR MESSAGE ME ABOUT MY REFUND. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM AN ASSOCIATE OF YOUR COMPANY THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

ALLEN WThe problem I have is that the location was further than the location I wanted to rent the vehicle from. I live in Higginsville and the location I rented the vehicle from was in Warrensburg which add an extra 48 miles to the rental. You don't see the mileage added on until you get to the fine print or you find out at the time of pickup. That day of finding out that I had to pay mileage, I had no choice because the work I needed to do had to be done. I like the guy at the location, he was nice. I dislike the labeling on the trucks, a certain amount a day, not including mileage. lessoned learned. I know I'm not the only one that feels deceived from your advertising. Also, I planned this days ahead of time to where a truck could have been delivered to the Higginsville location to help knock down the added mileage added to the fee, and I did turn it in that day after I was done.
