Initial pickup and drop off was excellent. Afterwards received call from a different self identified female employee from this location who made accusation and inquiries into a claimed damaged key. Claim was refuted and call was ended. Initial reservation was made for pickup in Warrensburg, MO. Day prior confirmation listed pickup 30 minutes away. Customer initiated contact with local U-Haul vendor and verified needed equipment was indeed available locally. Vendor assisted customer in creating another reservation which was appreciated. App and online website was found not reflective of actual available equipment.
