The location is convenient, the process of picking up & dropping off was quick & easy, the functionality of the truck was perfect, but the cleanliness of the truck’s cab was dusty/dirty & smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

NATHAN VI was charged a $15 “safe move” coverage fee without consenting. I called the location to correct my bill and I was told it would be taken care of. I received an updated invoice yesterday with mileage used and the fee is still on there. I am confused by this as I completed the preregistration prior to arriving for pickup and waived adding coverage, when I got there I had to upload my drivers license AGAIN. I prefer not to use this location again and I still want my refund for the safe move fee.
Morgan BI opted to use the app to avoid having to go inside to the service counter. The keys were not in the lock box. I had to wait in line inside the gas station to ask where the keys were. The man behind the counter said he had to call his boss. Then he handed me the phone. His boss asked me to verify my name, email address, and phone number. I handed the employee the phone. Only after the conversation finished with the employee did I receive the key for the U Haul truck. Please don’t use my name. I’m sure future U Haul customers would not appreciate this kind of service any more than I did.

Marlene PI just want to complement the gentleman who assisted us with the pick up. He cleaned the snow off the window and was super helpful when we found the loading door was frozen shut. Two big thumbs up with his customer service!!
