The employer at the desk was friendly however, the truck rental was awful. My experience with this rental was the dirtiest truck I’ve ever seen and reeked of cigarette smoke. Both my son and I my clothes reek after a short three hour rental and had to keep the windows down yet still resulted in a headache. I was told there was nothing that could be done for me at the location and I was directed to contact U-Haul corporate.

ABDUL WI accidently overfilled the gas tank spending too much on gas. If staff taught me how to calculate gas used, I may have been able to avoid this mistake. This might be in the documentation, but I ran out of time to read it all. I also experienced a huge leak from gas tank while filling. Gas spilled all over the underneath of truck at gas station and leaked the whole way to U-haul office. If I didn't have hand on nozzle to click off there would have been a huge lake of gas at gas station. Although a guy ran up to me to stop it if I wasn't there. lucky me but stressed me out horribly, I was all alone
Noelle RI would suggest to vacuum and sanitize after each customer. There was a bad odor that could have been prevented with sanitation.

Mary SThe staff at 'West Coast Self Storage Auburn' were excellent, as were the staff at the 'Roseville Market'. However, receiving a call from U-Haul Customer Service that my reservation had been given to another customer 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my reserved truck was awful. I learned that the reason for this last-minute change was that the truck assigned to me couldn't leave the state. Contrary to what the agent represented, it wasn't because I failed to pick up the truck at the assigned time of 8:00 AM. This would have been impossible since 'West Coast Self Storage Auburn' doesn't open until 10:00 AM and cannot process mobile truck checkouts via the U-Haul app. In preparation, I had called 'West Coast Self Storage Auburn' a month prior to this rental, and they confirmed the timing for pickup. Furthermore, the agent didn't show any sympathy for the fact that this reservation was time-sensitive and that the delay would result in additional expenses for me. Fortunately, 'West Coast Self Storage Auburn' was able to find a truck for me, allowing me to meet my schedule deadlines. I will definitely recommend to my friends that they NOT rent from U-Haul.

Jacolb CI was charged more than my expected charges period. I did not have anything else to be charged for and my total should have been under. A hundred and eighty five dollars, but instead you hall charged me two hundred twenty three dollars period. Please reach out to me as soon as possible. So weekend get this credited back or I will be disputing the charges. Also I was not supposed to be charged for the appliance dolly of $10.00 because the 26' was not available until I went there.

Alvaro MService was ok, seems like the employees don't like to be there to help. We don't like the distance we have to travel to get a trailer. The drop off times are not welcoming either. We prefer our Buckley U-Haul and Jay. Sad if you shut him down he gives best service and always helpful. We need his services in our area. He is close and Auburn and Puyallup too far for us to go.

soledad PThe trailer that I was supposed to get the 4x8 was not ready and had a coupler problem. They gave me a bigger one with the same price and that was fine. The 2nd problem was the employee who checked me in then went to hook up the trailer on my truck. She struggled more than 30 minutes to get the coupler and chains hooked so I had to try to help her and got my hands dirty then I lost confidence and had to ask for help from the other employee in the store who obviously is more knowledgeable and experienced and helped me to get it done in a minute and also managed to keep the price of the trailer that I was supposed to take. That delay caused a business issue for me and given that this is a safety thing, I expect more experienced staff as I always see in u-haul stores including this store in my past orders. Returning the truck was not bad with another 3rd employee.

David JThis location also has storage however facility has problems with elevators. My unit is on an upper floor but no access because elevators in-op. I had to leave my belongings in the truck overnight and was warned to provide my own lock because the U-Haul padlock key was stolen and thieves break into the trucks.

I trusted this location because of the treatment I got few weeks ago. Stellar… today not so much. Because I trusted i didn’t get print off of to check all the stuff and now im screwed. Also I asked for the same one i used few weeks ago… didn’t get it thats also a fail! Less space than the sprinter style.
