I reserved furniture blankets, dollies, and a hand-truck with my rental truck. The location did not have the blankets or dollies. They just shrugged and said "we don't have those for you." It was an easy location to pick up the truck, and the truck was clean. I had to make another stop at a different U-Haul in order to get blankets and dollies. I was never credited for the missing rental items. When I picked up new items, I waited 10 minutes for the clerk to fuss around in the computer to rent me $35 of stuff. They were unable to complete the transaction so they just handed me some dollies and blankets.

The people that worked at the location did nothing to help me. They told me everything needed to be done on the app. I had a lot of trouble using the app and they did not even try to help. It took me a little over an hour. I had to call the 800 number to get assistance. It was truly an awful experience at this location.

BRIAN AI can only say good things in this U-Haul company. Van is quite old but pretty much clean and working in good condition. Not too expensive. Rate is fair. Thank you!
Rafael GThey wouldn't give me the keys. It took me calling UHaul, then UHaul calling the owner, then the owner calling the store. This was after we were switched to a location the day of that was a 25 minute drive due to traffic instead of a 5 minute drive.Overall made the move much more stressful and longer than needed. Drop off was about 40 minutes instead of 5 minutes. I was told by a friend to use Home Depot instead. I should have listened I guess. Will be very hesitant to use UHaul again.
