Uhaul website was horrible to work with. They changed my location & pickup time after my reservation was confirmed. I tried to call & see why & change it & was just put on hold repeatedly. When I did cancel & redo reservation same day then I got a confirmation but was forced to wait 20 min when trying to pick up my truck bc they were waiting to confirm my identity and even when I tried to call then I was again forced on hold for an extended period of time with no results.

too expensive..when its 29.95 ended up being 78 for being in a small town ..so ads are deceiving

They were open on Saturday and I was able to drop off the truck to them not the drop off box. They told me early and still had a day. But I didn’t need it. They were great and and thank me for using U-haul. The truck was easy to drive and and very comfortable.

Be advised that the West Milton storage facility is NOT open on Sundays. I was scheduled for a Sunday pick up and I was rescheduled, without a phone call, to Monday. All ended well as I checked on my reservation on Friday and picked up on Saturday. I just think that it would benefit from a customer service perspective to not just rely on someone in the middle of a move to think about checking their e-mail.

Fix your wiring harnesses so they don't short out the fuses in my 7 year old Durango. I was pulled over in Illinois because the trailer had no running lights. My son had to change the fuse 3 times. And I have a complaint in and someone was supposed to call me after 2 today and nobody did. Not happy and I want this taken seriously and to be settled ASAP.

Rented AT Auto Transport - Unit was clean and in great operational condition. Service center personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We rented a 8ft trailer for the return home. I received a text that we would be receiving a 12 ft. According to West Milton Storage our order was changed by us. It was never changed by us. They said if we wanted a 8ft trailer that we would have to go to another location, which wasn't feasible for us. I asked if they could give us the 12 ft for the 8 ft price since that is what we reserved. The lady talked to the owner and he said that he could do that. When we went to pick up the trailer, they tried to charge for the 12 ft. We did end up getting the 8ft price after some talking. When we went back to the drop off location in Greendale, In, they had no record of us even renting the trailer. So, our experience was quite confusing and some hassle.

We did drop off on Saturday night ..they were closed but very convenient and simple

Called two days before date needed could not pick truck up till 11:00 a.m. ( when they open). Used the truck for three hours, then got a phone call and said the truck had to be back before 4:00 as another location had rented it out. Needles to say I was unable to complete my move. Not sure what was going on at this location, but for 85.00 or 90.00 dollars ( not sure as they checked it in took the keys and did not give me a final bill) and then told to bring it back early, not favorable for U-Haul. Spoke with customer service and was told that that is how the original rental request was wrote, From 11: 00 TO 3:45 kind of funny that is when we brought the truck back ( as we were called that day and told it had to be back by 4:00). So how did they know we would have it back by 3:45 two days before the truck was rented?

They should hire people that know what they're doing . Lady at this establishment had no idea and wanted to charge me twice for the vehicle I paid for three days in Advance I am very dissatisfied with the whole ordeal

The return slot mentioned locking the cargo door, but no padlocks were provided. I don't think that it is reasonable to expect a customer to provide their own padlock for the door.
