I had a great experience. I rented a 5’x 8’ trailer. Everything worked as it should. The door was a little tricky but I’m sure certain people abuse the equipment. The lot is small but West Milton is a small town/villiage. The lady that runs the office is Great. I had my 4 yr old grandson and she gave him paper and a pen so he could draw while we did paperwork. I would recommend her to anyone needing a rental or storage unit.

Got there and had to be so careful because they didn't do anything at all to their lot after our snow storm. Them spent almost 2 1/2 hours trying to get the cargo door open. The lady had told me it had just been serviced and I don't know if they washed it but the door was frozen shut. Then after done loading for the night, the lock was frozen too. If was am awful experience and the lady had said she couldn't refund the money until the truck was turned in and U-Haul would have to do it.

The video to get the key on days the office is closed is quite confusing. But the lady at U haul was very understanding and helpful.

When I was looking for a storage unit all units were full. The office manager said he would contact me if any came available. As soon as he was told someone was moving out he called me back. I was very appreciative of the follow through. All the other storage facilities I went to just said they were full and left it at that. I felt safe going into the facility alone and that my possessions were safe. Easy to get in and out of even with a full size truck pulling a 16 foot trailer. Highly recommend!

The storage did leak water on my couch and after it being in storage for a almost 2 years my couch had mold all down the side. Also my coffee table was ruined from mold from the leak. There was also mold on my mattress from the leak

I went to this location in person the night before I needed the truck. I reserved it with my Credit card and she said there was some more stuff that I had to do that she needed a copy of my drivers license and I wanted to do it then but she said that she would be there before 10 AM the next day and we could do it then. My pick up time has been scheduled for 10 AM and she said she had two other trucks going out early so we could just do it then. I showed up five minutes before 10 waited till after 10 she never showed up. I called and left a message on their voicemail that I have been there and I would come back I came back and waited until after 11 and finally gave up and called U-Haul number and had no Signal but they walked me through it it took forever because of not having a signal at this location. Didn’t get the truck until noon and as I was driving off the employee of that location showed up. I had to drive quite a distance and we’re supposed to meet the guy that I was running the truck to buy something from and pick it up at noon it made me over an hour late and the guy that I had to meet was upset. I can’t believe that somebody would be two hours late and caused people problems like this and would like a partial refund because of their unprofessionalism.

Rental pick up site was clean and the team member was very helpful and spent lots of time explaining everything. It had just been dropped off at his location and it had a dirty ash tray and smelled like smoke. Could have used a deep cleaning. Other than that, no complaints. Super convenient and close location!

The location was fine; however, for the first time using U-Haul, the reservation was a mess: Wrong truck size, reservation sent me to the wrong pick-up location, and once all of that was complete, not allowed to check in because my license expired 6 weeks ago (in Ohio we have up to 6 months to renew and remain “valid”). Had to wait on hold for 35 minutes for a customer service rep, but once I had her on the phone, she was very helpful. Not a great experience.

Uhaul could use new vechiles. Maybe something with air ride. After all your moving heavy furniture you need comfort and durability suspension... Rough ride overall.

I do not appreciate learning about the insurance cost at the last moment of completing the agreement. With no mention in any cost estimate and no time to confirm my insurance or credit card coverage (both covered some, if not all I would have needed), I was strong armed into paying the extra $40 to be sure. This cost should have been indicated in the initial estimate!

There was an unmarked dent on the truck that I had to take time to document and I wasn't exactly sure what "clean" meant so I took time to document the tire spray/road dirt.

I have rented 4-5 trucks from uhaul in the past....as well as other equipment found it to be convenient and quick.....without any issues whatsoever.....now for no reason at all uhaul suddenly has a problem with my card??? It's the same card I've had all along.......so I will just go buy a dolly the next time I have to move something.....and uhaul can just pound sand

No issues whatsoever. I did use Damp Rid on the recommendation of the staff and I did have to change the tubs to make sure there were no issues with dampness and mold.

BOB WAS GREAT! REALLY EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS. NEEDED A UNIT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! EASY ACCESS TO UNIT WHICH WAS GREAT! PROVIDED ME WITH A LOCK EVEN. IF UNIT NEED A UNIT FOR A FEW MONTHS OR EVEN A FEW YEARS I WOULD RECOMMEND.

The windows were dirty and we had to wait for them to sweep the back of the truck out and hook up the car dolly. And even though I done express check in before I arrived it still took 10 mins for paperwork
