I run a local moving company and use sedona rentals for some of my local and all my out of state moves. Stacey is awesome always makes things work for us. We rent from her weekly and she is always helpful and kind. We always get calls for people who need help loading but are on the fence about renting from our local penske or u-haul so we always send them to west sedona rentals.

JOCHEN EI dropped off truck after hours. It was very dark and hard to find office and drop off box. I originally parked next to other trucks in spot that was very muddy which got my shoes very dirty. Then I noticed U Haul charged me a $10 cleaning fee, probably because I got mud in truck due to terrible drop off spot.

When I said that was rude and to please not do that, she responded with “you’re young, I will shush you”. And followed with she owns the business and Uhaul cannot tell her what to do when I told her what Uhaul customer service had told me and noted for my pick up. And she continually threatened to cancel and alter my reservation because we stood up for ourselves about the way she treated us. I would not recommend anyone to use this location.

Jeffrey DVery slow service. We made our reservation online and received a special rate by accepting to drop the truck off at a different location than we would have preferred. Then, they called and asked if we'd like to bring a trailer at no cost to us; we'd get an extra day, 100 extra miles, and a $50 credit upon return. We said sure! DON'T DO IT. This is the biggest pain. The system that tacks on extras RESETS whatever your reservation was. When I went to pick up, the bill was MORE expensive. When I explained the rate I received online, it took 20 minutes to figure out how to override the system. Then we had to drive to a different location to get the trailer. When we tried to drop off the trailer (apparently 2 hours late) the location was closed, the app showed an error, and the online chat told me I couldn't process the return online because of the trailer I hauled for them, and I could expect an extra day's charge on my bill. TERRIBLE. I'll never do Uhaul another favor. I don't have the time or the money to go through this again

SCOTT EWhen we need the equipment, they were not able to have it on the place. We stopped by Camp over the Arizona, but they referred the location in Cottonwood, Arizona. When we returned the equipment, we were welcoming with a great enthusiastic attendant that make our return easy for the equipment involved. We will use this in the following next days. We need to move some other stuff from Campverde to Cedar Rapids.

STEVEN RI never went inside the drop off location but this survey did not let me leave the question blank. Let people do that or givw them a N/A option. The lot was very crowded, unkempt looking so I answered no to the one queation but the lady was nice and assisted directing my backing into the space and unhooked the trailer.

rob cI did not receive enough standard miles to go from the rental lot in Cottonwood to my house in RimRock to pick up the stuff and then down to Gilbert storage location to put the stuff in storage and then back to Downtown Chandler to drop off the truck. I was asked to pay for 25 miles overage. This does not seem like the right thing to do to the Customer.
William JThe lady working at the 2635 Union Dr location on Sept 1, 2025 is a horrible person. She was rude to me upon assigning me the truck I reserved and then poorly explained where it was parked. So I couldn't find the truck. when I returned to her office to ask her about where the truck was she proceeded to warn me that i'd be charged an extra fee for being late. She didnt help me to check the equipment or tell me that I needed to login to an app to verify when I took the truck! they didnt even have the equipment I reserved in advance and she blew that off too. I got into the truck and the gas was already 1/4 empty!!! I filled it to how left it and didnt even take the truck more than 15 miles! I returned the keys into the after hours box because the office looked closed. Then I see. Bill not even 2 hrs later showing all these extra charges! I called uhaul and it sounded like that same horrible lady who checked me in! she was so rude on the phone and pretended to be a neutral customer service person. I know shes the one who added all these ridiculous charges. She should be fired! what a crook. I am tempted to call the police. This is really wrong! I was charged a cleaning fee, after hours fee and 10 gallons of gas!!!! This was a local move and should NOT have costed me this much! I demand a refund or I will press charges

MALCON TI rented a 5x8 trailer and returned it on time , but was still charged for extra time. When I called to ask about the charge, the staff member was dismissive and ended the call abruptly. I value honest and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here

SCOTT Sour tow dolly fender (passenger side tire cover) was flapping due to broken weld on inside and we didn't notice until we were several miles down the road. We pulled over and strapped it down with a piece of wire. Which lasted until the next day. I informed the guy at our drop off location of the fender.
