If there was a problem with the the lock on the storage unit that was also free possibly more customer assistance to see if you could help them open it instead of just saying to hire a locksmith would have been nice but I understand the fine line for legal ramifications. My rheumatoid arthritis in my hands prevented me from being able to do it but it all worked out in the end.
