September 7th ,The second day of our trip Several miles south of Salt Lake City on Highway I-15, a car passing us on our left kept motioning for us to look back at our car on the trailer. Black heavy smoke was coming out from the trailer's right wheels. We pulled off as fast as we could onto the gravel shoulder. The front wheel of the tandem right side of the trailer was hanging sideways and almost on fire. Thank God for those people that motioned to us. We Called Uhaul right away. They called for help for us. We sat there on the side of the highway for over 4 and a half hours until Rick, the service man arrived. He helped me back my car off of the trailer and safely watched the passing traffic to get me to safety. He then removed the trailer from the Uhaul truck. I signed his paperwork and gave him a hug. Thank God he did a good job. Bob Lawson drove the Uhaul truck and I followed him in my car. Because we lost so much time sitting on the side of the highway, we had to cancel our reservation and make a new night stop in Kanab, UT. Bob Lawson is still waiting for the reimbursement for our stay at the motel in Kanab Utah. Thank you.

DONALD B.I did send this email to the reference email I had, but i did not receive a reply, I DO NEED A REPLY ON THIS ISSUE, THANK YOU This email to report a very bad experience during my moving process with the Moving Help order # 82A54C67 for the unloading service at my destination in Sedona on Sunday July 30th from Eagle Mountain Moving. It is clear to me that those people were just looking to get my money and took advantage of my non experience of moving. And left me stranded and extremely anxious (see my review). I do believe l could request a full refund, yet I think it would be fare to ask for a 50% refund as l believe that they only provided worth of one hour work. I would appreciate your feed back on this matter. Thank you. I also want to confirm that my overall experience of the move (except for this above) is extremely positive -the staff at truck pick-up in Inglewood was great -the staff at truck drop-off in Cottowood was great -the truck was in good condition and delivered well and my overall cost was within my wanted expectations (thank you) - the two other moving help (the one in Los Angeles for loading was very good) and (the second one in Sedona for unloading who saved me on Sunday afternoon was great) Regards Patrick de BOKAY 310-498-0740

Daniel G.Pick up location was fine other than having to drive 3 1/3 hours round trip to pick up the equipment because there wouldn't be another trailer available. After reserving the equipment months in advance, we got a call that there would be no trailer and we'd have to go find one. We made the reservation in advance to eliminate this situation due to advice from a uhaul employee in Phoenix while checking the different size trailer. The fact that uhaul is fine with sending their customers 200+ miles to pick up their equipment and to kick rocks about any compensation/credit on the contract is preposterous. Never using uhaul again.

jim W.Originally we had scheduled a different location until someone called and said they didnt have the size we needed so it was changed with out communication about 24 pick up. We scheduled at 7am. The lady (Stacy) was on site but would NOT help us because they were not open. She was completely rude (like she needs Jesus in her life). She was not helpful at all and told me i had to go to a different location to get help even though our pick up and the truck up we needed was at her location.
