ALLAN BThe parking area was cluttered and the office was cramped. My biggest complaint about U-Haul is the lack of pricing transparency and the numerous additional fees. It is nearly impossible to accurately budget or compare prices because the final cost is not disclosed until the charge is processed. For example, every email I received indicated that the rental would cost approximately $75. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the actual charge was $103—an increase of nearly 40% over the advertised estimate.

Denny FUpon pick-up of the trailer I was delayed for about 25 minutes due to "slow computer issues" but not that big of a deal.
david EOnly open 8 until 1 on Saturday. They charge you $21.00 to drop off when they are closed. I only had the truck from 8:30 in Anthem until 4:30 in Cottonwood. I was not late returning it so why do you charge. 😞

lo rWay more efficient than a uHaul megastore. Instead of waiting on line just to give my information for the second time like you normally have to do elsewhere, they had my contract pre-printed and I was in and out with my trailer hooked up and on the road in under 5 minutes. Literally.

MICHAEL STrailer could have been swept out, but it wasn't terrible. Customer service was lacking but that seems to be the norm nowadays. No longer a surprise to receive poor service, instead I expect it. Love U-Haul though!

THOMAS PThey closed at 3:30pm, we called and they said we could drop the trailer off anytime, they told us to drop it where the other trailers were. When we got there after 6:00pm it was full where the other trailers were so I dropped it around the corner beside one of their trucks. They sent me an invoice the next day for $20.00 for an after hours charge. What difference would it have made if I was there during their open hours?

Alan BAgent at this location was extremely efficient. I rented locally on the spur of the moment. After calling ahead, the agent greeted me and was able to get me on the road within 5 minutes after gathering my information.

Jerry SI was contracted to drop this off in West Sedona at Valugrens - which I did ... and was told that Uhaul cancelled this location 2 days prior... and I would have to drive this 30 miles to Cottonwood to drop this off.. If you would have informed me of this - all my plans could have changed - including my storage, etc... I had to take an Uber back... NOT cool. You charged me for the blankets too...
