Quick and easy

Haul HWe had a reservation on-line; within 2 hours the truck we had reservation was to changed to another. Upon going to pick up the truck we were told they only had 26 feet. The truck was too much for what we needed. I asked about leaving the truck at our destination point, Prescott.

HERMAN NI have used this location before- sorry for not remembering the lady's name however she was very helpful. I remember her from before- knowledgeable and easy to deal with!! Would use this location again-definitely!
DENNIS NThe woman was RUDE, I was charged for 3 gallons of gas even though I returned it exactly at the level I received it. Their shop is only open from 8:30 to 3:30 and I was 10 minutes late therefore was charged $20 for a late return. They are absolutely rude and terrible and I will be filing a grievance with corporate.

DANIEL GIt was raining and th truck leaked quite a bit. We figured out how to mitigate the water. I would think the trucks would be waterproof. This is no reflection on the location. It is a reflection of the producers of the UHaul trucks.
JODY FBuild the new location sooner. Backing a trailer up across two lanes of traffic, on a busy street near an intersection can be stressful. But the employees are always very nice, quick and extremely helpful.

STEVEN PI asked if I could drop the car tow off the night I picked it up due to only needing it a short time. I was told “Of course. Just leave it right where you got it.” No mention of an after hours fee which I was charged this morning. When I called to dispute it, I was told the reservation location charged me that, not the pickup location. The reservation location said that wasn’t true, the pickup location charged me. Someone lied. Additionally, the lobby of the pickup location reeks of cigarettes.

You were aware of pick up and drop off areas. not sure how a rental that wasn't even all day got charged extra miles?

Kelly BMy family has always used Uhaul and love the excellent service, equipment and customer service provided. Only once I had to use the competitor because it was only option. Never again the equipment was subpar for price and rude. Uhaul is ALWAYS my go to company even if it’s more expensive in the area or have to go a distance to get to a location.

Received an extremely rude call 1/2 after dropping regarding the old damage & threatened additional charges on the voicemail without the individual knowing the facts. I would never deal with that location in the future
BARBARA AStacy was absolutely incredible. I’m a first time U-Haul hauler if you will lol. But she showed me how to back up. She shared with me all the tricks of the trade of how to be careful while driving the U-Haul. How to hook it up emphasizing taking pictures so I didn’t do anything wrong if I had hooked it up again. Anyway,, she was fantastic and the checkin process at your Dilworth location.

CRISTA CWe reserved a 5x8 trailer for Saturday 12/21/24 for a pick up in Prescott. We planned a very tight schedule leaving from Tucson. Upon arrival to Prescott, we were notified that that location had no 5x8 units available, even though reserved. They said they had cked around....no 5x8's. They offered a larger unit. We could not use that because the mt road we had to travel was very steep and narrow. I took it upon myself to call around. Found a uhaul in Cottonwood.....plenty of 5x8's. The Cottonwood folks did a great job. Prescott rental on 2122 Hwy 69.... total losers...they could have at least found another location, let alone not let a RESERVED unit not be available.
JOHN KLocation did not have an Appliance Dolly or Furniture Pads on the day I rented my vehicle.
Clifton RI got pulled over by police because the uhaul i was given had bad lights. It had no where to tie down my items. Very bad experience. Definitely won't rent another uhaul or recomend it to no one.

SEAN LAFTER returning vehicle , mgr said invoice software was broken and they couldn't Print Final ppwk . Bill said system was DOWN. Waiting for final invoice / ppwk over 5 hours after returning truck. Also, I have left messages and seems there is trouble for mgr to call me back. I left my blk vest jacket in truck after return and called mgr but nobody ever answers. Nice guy but phone and system aren't helping my experience.

DAVID MI tried reserving a truck the day before. I was at the door 5 mins before closing but the doors where locked. If you advertise you are open till a certain time you should be open till that time. But, I still got a truck the next morning and the clerk was friendly.
