I originally reserved a 20 ft truck in Sedona, AZ. The man there was very nice, but when he learned I had used a 26 ft truck to move my belongings before, he recommended that we use a 26 ft or a 20 ft and get a trailer, too. I refused the trailer. When I got the pick up instructions, they were for Prescott, almost 2 hours way. I calledto see if there was something closer and told it was the closest available. Again, it was suggested that I use a 26 ft truck, or, if there was none available, a 20 ft and a trailer. A wildfire broke out near Prescott and I called and refused to have my son drive near the fire and suddenly there was a truck and trailer available in Cottonwood, much closer to us. We didn't need the trailer. Everything fit in the truck,so I called and said we would bring the trailer back. I was told we had to tow it to WA and turn it back with the truck. I was told that there was no way I could get any of the $359, plus tax, I had paid for the trailer back. The truck bed was dirty and a lot of my furniture and boxes were dirty. Moving them into my new apt. Got the carpet and kitchen counter dirty. I am a dis abled 86 year old woman on Social Security.Dan L.

Rented a 6 by 12 trailer false advertisement the opening on back is only 3 ft wide where on your 5 by 9 is is bigger so could not use but still got charged full price this is not right but the way company do business nowTroy S.

The truck was the perfect size! I only have to say that, whatever cleaning product was used smelled of human urine. It was very intense but it was clean! I would still recommend you 10/10 any day!Sara N.

When needed help while on the road, employee just flipped us to the main customer service number instead of taking care of it themselves. This caused us to have to wait almost 2 hours on hold with customer service. On the side of the road! Not cool.Paivi K.

I was taken for a fool. And wash charge ove $155 for I day for 4 hours. I have used uhaul in the past so I was so upset and totally disappointed. I rented a uhaul on a Tuesday and had it for less than 4 hours. They ended up charging me with $73 for the rental ended up getting walloped me with another charge of $85 or so dollars. I moved from texas to Sedona AZ while ago, driving a uhaul truck pulling my car right behind. These people are money grubbing individuals. I will never work them again.CAROL W.

I had reserved a 26' truck a month in advance of need. But when it came time to pick up the truck, it was not available. I had to get a 20' truck, then an another 15' truck. A place to park the Truck was a nightmare...very SMALL lot. Seemed very disorganized, cluttered and junky. I was allowed to have the Truck for 2-days, but returned it the same day that I rented it. And although I was refunded right-away, someone added extra charges to my debt card for dropping the Unit off 'after hours', even though THEY closed early for New Years Eve...AND...I dropped it off A DAY EARLY! U-Haul is NOT what they used to be. Sad, really. Lest they forget...there are other moving rental company's in town.Lea F.

I arrived mid-afternoon, apparently when the drop off location was closed, though no one told me this when I called. The woman in charge was surly and said to unhook the U-Haul 5'x8' trailer and leave it anywhere. I did this. Then I got an email notification that I would be charged an extra $20 for an after hours service fee. This is bulls..t. U-Haul should be ashamed.THOMAS A.
