The trailer tongue is far too heavy for one person to lift and connect to a hitch without injuring themselves. Why can’t your trailers have some sort of trailer jack to help with supporting some of that weight? Please consider doing something for the safety of your staff, your local shops staff that act as U-Haul locations, as well as your customers. I should not be concerned about unhooking if the need arises due to the weight of the tongue and no proper way to unhook while I’m renting your trailers. I’ve rented many times but I’ve always had someone to help me but this trip was just my small children and I. I will plan on using this location again for my uhaul services but would like a more user friendly jack to my trailer. Thanks.

Waited 2 hours for owner to return. U-Haul sent me an email on why I hadn’t picked up. I called and was referred to another location, which I asked for in the first place. Went to 2 nd location and they were totally confused. First trailer lites didn’t work so ha to hookup to another. Cost me $350 in paying help, gas, time. Hated this experience and won’t go bac. Jim

I was charged for 2 dollies that were requested, but were not in the Uhaul. I was also charged twice on my credit card for the Uhaul, the first amount was the amount $126.77, I was quoted before getting the Uhaul and the 2nd was the amount. $159.62 including the extra mileage I used plus the dollies that were not available in the truck. Not saying it is the pick up and drop off locations fault, but there definitely needs to be improvement on Uhaul's end as far as accuracy in charging amount and available equipment

The enclosed trailers don’t have jacks so you have to lift it to the hitch. Uhaul employee assists but you need jacks also should provide the electrical adapters so we don’t have to purchase

do a walk around with the customer. don't charge extra for having to travel on a detour route due to the entire Midwest being flooded. you charged me an extra $2.01 for 4.7 miles over. the entire area I was traveling through has been recovering from a natural disaster flood. when I picked the truck up the guy said I would have a few extra miles for the detours.

The guy who checked out the Trucks I think is name was Tom?? Was rude and was getting irritated with us due to the questions we had. While trying to figure out the order and $$ he walked away and said I don’t have time for this I have another customer to help. I called UHaul back and Mike called the location.

Was supposed to have an appliance dolly as part of my reservation. When i arrived that morning to pick up trailer i was informed no appliance dollies were available. So my move was not made easy by uhaul since i had no dolly to move my appliances.

The protective rubber strips on one side of the trailer had been pulled lose and needed repairs.

Check in and check out went smoothly. The man who helped us was wonderful and friendly. We would definately work with him again and refer him to others that need a U-Haul. The U-Haul was clean and worked well.
