I had some issues with the U-Haul app where I could not make the check, so I end up at the counter, my recommendation is that in the app there should be a message that if it is not possible to do it online go to the counter, probably it is obvious but I expend a lot of time figure if it was a problem with the app, my internet, my phone or just that I need to make all the checks at counterGuillermo C.

The windshield was filthy and not just with rain drops but bug splatter and bird droppings. The tires were not inflated to the proper level by quite a bit. The truck warned me about it so I filled them to the proper level.Leslie C.

You kinda screw people over with your quotes. You quote allotted mileage for one way long distance trips, from only where they are moving from, and too. You don't include extra mileage, for the trip to get the uhaul from the pickup location or to the drop off location. So, I had to pay for an additional 25miles, that weren't in my control. Plus, additional equipment that I requested or ordered, were not included, so it made the move more challenging for heavy pieces of furniture.Shiloh R.

I asked to have a car dolly so I can pull my truck behind my RV I spent $60 on my mechanic to have the drive shaft disabled I get to the U-Haul and they don't have a car dolly he's got a car trailer three of them which I did not want and I did not have time to wait around for him to find me an actual car dolly the extra weight of the trailer was too much for my RV and it tore up my transmission so no I'm not happy at allbryan M.

The original location was closed where originally supposed to pick up. Went to the other location in town. It was a very busy location on Saturday afternoon. This gentleman in Columbus Nebraska bowling alley uhaul location was very nice. Truck very noisy like no exhaust. Long noisy ride. .mark N.

The original drop off point was closed until April 20th (my drop-off was the 15th) and the phone number to call for assistance had a full mailbox and would not let me leave a message. Had to find another location and the person there was busy dusting the bowling lanes and told me to just leave my paperwork and key on the desk. No one actually "checked" the truck or trailer when I turned it in.Wayne S.

When it's a long trip sometimes it would be better if I had just a little longer with the U-Hauls so I was not so crunched on time to get it back long trips like that makes you tired then you have to unload when you get there.Christopher E.

They work very badly, I rent it from Friday to Saturday and I deliver the same Saturday and they said they had delivered it on Monday morning and they even charged. They do not have control of their equipment, I call a claim and they told me that in 48 hours they would call me and nothingJose A G.

The back-end of the truck jumped around a lot when I left--I thought it was the roads and the size of the rig. But after driving on some other rough roads, I said, there's no way it could be this rough normally; a persons belongings would be broken. I stopped and checked the tires and that's when I found the inside tire was flat. It took an hour plus to get the repair done--okay. But, Uhaul did nothing to discount the time loss. The guy at the desk said to call for a discount on my next rental. Yeah, I'll need to rent again, but that does nothing for me personally to make it right, nothing.Michael L.

Specifically asked if we could drop vehicle off in Omaha was told yes then found out we could not and the owner tried to lie about it. Vehicle not clean nothing was tied town or locked. Was a crappy experience all around.Jose L.

When I first arrived, I was a little confused since it was a bowling alley. Maybe, you could put a sign or two on the doors so people will be less confused in the future. Otherwise, the vehicle was pristine, gas tank was full. I would definitely recommend this place!CLAY S.

Ensure the equipment request, i.e. appliance dolly, is available when customer books online. Double check vehicle instruments. My 15' box truck would not come out of low-tow mode even with several attempts to properly disengage with column shift push button.Duane J.
