The enclosed trailers don’t have jacks so you have to lift it to the hitch. Uhaul employee assists but you need jacks also should provide the electrical adapters so we don’t have to purchase

do a walk around with the customer. don't charge extra for having to travel on a detour route due to the entire Midwest being flooded. you charged me an extra $2.01 for 4.7 miles over. the entire area I was traveling through has been recovering from a natural disaster flood. when I picked the truck up the guy said I would have a few extra miles for the detours.

The guy who checked out the Trucks I think is name was Tom?? Was rude and was getting irritated with us due to the questions we had. While trying to figure out the order and $$ he walked away and said I don’t have time for this I have another customer to help. I called UHaul back and Mike called the location.

Was supposed to have an appliance dolly as part of my reservation. When i arrived that morning to pick up trailer i was informed no appliance dollies were available. So my move was not made easy by uhaul since i had no dolly to move my appliances.

Check in and check out went smoothly. The man who helped us was wonderful and friendly. We would definately work with him again and refer him to others that need a U-Haul. The U-Haul was clean and worked well.

We rented the uhaul and asked to pick it up in Aurora Nebraska. It was not at Del Rey (like we asked when it was reserved the end of July 2018) Instead we had to drive all the way to Columbus, Nebraska. We asked for an allowance with the gas since we had to drive out of our way, but were not given any. You can improve your service by having the vehicle we rented over a month ago in the location we were promised.

I have rented from John before and this was just a one way drop off. John was very polite and helpful. He has a nice lot for parking the trailers. I am not sure how John could do better to make things easier for the next customer.

I HAD TO DRIVE OVER 2 HOURS OUT OF THE WAY TO PICK UP A TRUCK THAT WASN'T EVEN CLEANED OUT. I CALLED THE CENTER IN SIOUX CITY, IA AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER & WAS TOLD ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK SOON...NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK. UHAUL NEEDS TO GET THEIR STUFF FIGURED OUT. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I WILL BE TELLING OTHERS TO NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

When i brought truck back, the kid behind counter said that no one was working the uhaul rental at the time but they would be there the next day until 6. I left the uhaul in the parking lot & had the keys with me. The next day some1 from the location called me & said they knew the truck was there but asked why I didn't leave the keys or at least leave them in the drop box. The kid never told me about the drop box! I had to hurry back from 2 hrs away to bring keys back so I wouldn't be charged for another day. It was very inconvenient!!! Unhappy with drop off location.

I have recently had the worst experience of my life with u haul I've used u haul several times for moving experiences in the last few years and this is by far the worst I've ever been treated the guy running the U-Haul in Columbus when I showed up wouldn't give me a truck because he said he didn't have any that could leave town so I had to sit outside in the parking lot and get online and reserve a truck the U-Haul representative then had to go 20 miles down the road to pick me up a truck I booked my reservation online and paid for it there when I got to the U-Haul they made me run my card again after I already told them that I paid for the expenses I've been charged twice for my services and is now showing that I have 35 unknown items being shipped to me for the price of $135 that i did not ask for nobody's been able to give me a straight answer on why my money was taken when it's going to be back and what is going on I'm extremely angry and disappointed in the services that have been performed to me

It took us an hour and half to pick up our trailer. The guy working couldn’t answer any of our questions we had. He also said we were to just drop off the trailer at any of the 5 locations he gave us on a print out and if it wasn’t the right one to try the next. I then received a text from U-Haul stating which place to drop it off at. It took him forever to enter our new address which I had to tell him 5 different times until I finally asked if I could write it down for him. He had no idea what we would do if we blew a tire on the road. The trailer was covered in mud and not clean on top of it but that was the least of our concerns at this point.

Ordered my truck digitally got to the location found the lock boxes try to complete my order and it said there's a problem I need to contact the person inside. Apparently they don't use those and he had to hand me my keys. My truck was the wrong size. I ordered a 10-foot they had a 17 foot for me. Went back in manager showed me on his computer U-Haul said they give me a 17 foot truck even though I had my reservation number and email stating 10ft truck. He redid my reservation and gave me the 10-foot truck but it put off our time schedule quite a bit and was a bit of a hassle. Can't blame him wasn't his fault that U-Haul told him to give me a different truck. 17 ft truck would not fit or I needed to to pack our apartment. He did make it right. I believe I am owed the $50 by U-Haul for the proper equipment that I ordered not being ready at the scheduled time. But I know they wont. The manager that got me my proper truck did an excellent job and I do not blame him at all. Something got screwy at U-Haul. Also it's much quicker to just go in and get the truck the old-fashioned way using your mobile phone takes forever uploading several pictures of yourself your ID the truck odometer it's just not worth the time.

Truck interior had some sort of cut coarse hair inside of the cup holders and on the seats when I picked it up. This was very gross. The only truck available was way too large for my needs and was overpriced.

The trailer pulled like the brakes were on. I did everything on line but their computer did not work right so that was a waist of time. they had to call in several times and the person on the phone charged me for things I did not ask for and I still do not know if I got a refund for it as that did not work either. This is the second time I had problems with U-HALLL
