The people at this location never answered the phone while they were open the night we were trying to drop it off. We left a very detailed voicemail about everything we did and they called back after seemingly only listening to the first 10 seconds.

Gas tank only at 3/4 full.expect a refund bank for gas I didn't use. I returned it full.

Courtney had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t hook up the trailer right and when I left the parking lot, the trailer unhooked not even a mile down the road. I called to let her know and she just said sorry, did not even offer to come help get the trailer hooked back up.

Attendant was very helpful. Answered the phone, assisted me with check out, contacted me the morning of drop off with directions and instructions for drop off and was there with a smile , thank you

Pickup location changed to location 20 miles away day before pickup. Then new location asked to change the pickup time since their car needed repair. All of this was while family was gathering for a funeral. Once there they could not use computer to process the pickup and the phone application took another 20 minutes.

Was very hard to get ahold of someone. We’ve never been there so when we went to return the trailer we had a day early the location for drop off had a code set up to get in the gate and no one knew what the code was there was no sign or notes that said how to get in to drop it off. We called Uhaul support and they didn’t even know how to get in. Multiple calls were made by us and the support and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. So we chose to come back the next day when it was due called twice to see if we could get ahold of someone when they finally did answer we learned that there was no code required you just pull up close to the gate and it opens but you still need a code to leave. For future use it should be written down somewhere about how to get in or codes needed. It was very confusing and frustrating. And if you’re not from here to know how to do it, it becomes very stressful for everyone involved.

Nobody was on-site when I got there. Had to wait outside a locked gate. No one answered the phones. Put me behind schedule by 1 hour.

I tried to drop off in Columbus and after making several attempts to reach someone, I had to call U-Haul. They told me the people were on vacation. Seriously? Then I had to go to Laurel to drop off the the trailer and was met with a locked gate and no one answering phones again. It took a total of three hours of my workday to drop off a little trailer...Get your shit together!

I reserved this in Bozeman MT but got a phone call on the way to Bozeman said there wasn’t any trailers available there they first said go to Helena which is a 1 1/2 hours out of our way so they said there was one in Laurel so we finally agreed to go to Laurel which is a 1 1/2 hour away at least on our route home so when we arrived at Westbrook storage the gate is shut and no one around so I called the number from Billings that called me Thursday she called Westbrook and said the girl had just got there and will be out to open gate we waited probably 10 min no one showed so I called Billings back and she said she will try again she said no answer so she said so she would look to see if there was another place with trailer she said there was one in Bozeman which is where I originally had one reserved and they said there wasn’t any if there was one available then I should of got a call saying they had one instead I had to drive both vehicles a hour and 1/2 and no one there so she said she would call the District manager she said he would be there in a couple min and how we could go in gate he did arrive in a few minutes sorry I forgot his name but he was very helpful but this probably the worst I have ever seen a business run first saying there was no trailer at Bozeman then there was and second who ever runs the Westbrook location should be removed not showing up for customer on time and not even answering phone is ridiculous

U-Haul made reservation but the location was closed for the holiday weekend upon arrival . This could have been a disaster. I had to drive 40 mins to get to the location but the owner lived near by and was willing to fulfill the rental. Bad on U-Haul good on the owner of the rental location.

Customer service was fantastic! I had direct communication and prompt service. It was easy picking up, and had no problem extending the reservation at last minute. Returning the trailer was just as easy. Thank you Amanda for helping make our moving experience a little less stressful!

This location is clean, inviting and super friendly! I didn't have a great drive and wasn't in the best mood but the gal, Amanda was very sweet and understanding, despite my having an attitude. Sorry and Thank you Amanda!!

We originally had Laurel Power Systems. We went there during business hours and they had left and locked the gate so we couldn't drop off. We had to call Uhaul and get assistance and were moved to this location where they were there waiting for us. This was the third time that trying to drop off with Laurel Power Systems was painful for us. When you have a Uhaul truck and trailer it's extremely frustrating to have to be driving it around constantly and trying to back up with the trailer, trying to find space for the trailer and just trying to manage the trailer in general. I will say that each time we had to call Uhaul because of this the people we got were very helpful.

After not having a great U-Haul experience in Oregon arriving in Laurel Montana at Westbrook storage the outcome was much different Amanda the on-site manager at this location went above and beyond in getting me checked in my truck checked in and a storage unit absolutely phenomenal customer service by Amanda she is definitely a keeper thank you again Amanda for everything it was very professional and I appreciate it.
